This company is very special. Tom and Johnny came out to my apartment and picked up two washers and two dryers. They took them to the store and tried them out, then paid me what they were worth. They were prompt and efficient and friendly. The work ethic this company adheres to is exceptional. I will certainly do business with them in the future!Teresa A NortonA very satisfied customer

Arrowhead Appliance

Called Arrowhead to troubleshoot a problem with my dishwasher. Technician identified the problem (debris blocking the circulation pump impeller). Technician resolved the problem by removing the debris in under 1/2 hour while training a new technician. Only charged for the service call, no parts. Great and honest service. Will call again.

total rip off. Old reliable Sears is dead. This new group is a bunch of liars and hucksters. Charged $162 for a 10m minute visit to fix dishwasher. Said diagnostic and trip charge would be $89. Could not determine cause but claimed by replugging machine in would fix the job. You know just like restarting a computer.

We've had a repairman out twice, so far. The first was to fix a major leak with the dishwasher. After he left we attempted to run it and were unable to shut the door. He came back and repaired that but now it's leaking again.

Samsung TV board got fried with a lighting short. ES is a short drive so I tried them. They called that afternoon and had the parts on hand and gave me a quote of fifty percent of what the last shop charged. Had it ready the next day. They took me back to the shop and showed me the board (the last shop actually put two capacitors in and charged me double the new board cost). Also made sure the TV operated properly and then rolled out to the car on a cart! Honesty and service,,,how unique!

We have had numerous issues with this appliance, attempted repairs and yet multiple problems continue. I'm not sure if these issues can be resolved but to date the oven still beeps and turns off often halfway through a baking cycle. Do not buy this product.

I had a refrigerator that was leaking water onto my wood floor so I needed a service call today. When I first talked with Roxanna, she said the best they could do was tomorrow. When I explained the urgency of my situation, she said she would call her technicians to see if they could squeeze me in today. She called me back in about 20 minutes and said that Dave would help me out. He called me about 2 hours later and said he was on his way. He arrived and did an outstanding job of fixing the problem. Every part of their service was outstanding! Thanks!!

I always dreaded the annual cleaning and check up but this time it was clean and quick. The tech was on time and very precise. A problem was discovered with the ice maker and to my surprise he had a replacement for the 10 + year old unit. I am impressed. It really pays to have the service agreement. Tech also reminded me on the vents inside, keep them clear and improve overall cooling.

Consumer Service

Can I give zero stars?? Our dishwasher's pump broke in April 2016, which was covered by the extended warranty we purchased through Lowe's. Turner replaced it in April but it broke again in January, 2017. We called to make sure the part was still under the one year warranty we were told we had when we had it replaced. Lori from Turner Consumer Services said yes, it was a one year warranty. We scheduled a service call to have the pump replaced. The repairman said it could be the pump or the control board. He was there to fix it but did not know what it was??? The company said the pump only had a 90 day warranty not one year like we had originally be told. When we complained to the office, we explained that they told us it was a one year warranty on the part and the only reason we called them to fix it was because we were told is was under warranty. We would never had called them to fix it otherwise. We told them who told us the warranty for the part was one year and the person we talked to wanted to know who and when we called as "they had no record of the call". We explained we wanted a refund of the service fee as we were told it was covered under warranty and they said no. They were rude and had no customer service. Obviously they never fixed the problem in April or it would not have broken again less than a year later!! Then they called a few days later to "repair our dryer"??? We called back and explained they were calling the wrong person as we had never called them to fix our dryer. They cannot even keep their records straight of who to call. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything!!! I believe they should have refunded us the money as they told us it was covered. They were rude and have no customer service skills. Use them at your own risk

First, our technician was wonderful. In spite of delays caused by Sears sending the wrong parts twice, and several delayed attempts by Sears at rescheduling the service call, our technician was professional and most helpful. We felt like old friends after the 3rd visit! Sears Parts Direct and service scheduling was bad, but the technician who successfully completed the repairs was awesome!
