The Therapy House

I bought a full price 80 minute massage last week and here was my experience in a nutshell:
*The massage lasted 65 minutes, not 80
*The "platinum" masseuse did not listen to any of my preferences (I said only back and shoulders, and deep tissue)
*Despite requesting deep tissue via email, on my handwritten paperwork, and multiple times during the massage, I was never given any deep tissue work during the session
*The majority of the session focused on petting my arms and hands, and her instructing me to "imagine I'm painting you" as she petted me lightly.
*The massage was not even as intense as a Swedish massage should be.
*At the end of the session I expressed strong dissatisfaction and was told that nothing could be done but that a manager would call me the next day. It has now been five days, and nothing.

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service, terrible massage.

I just love the family atmosphere. I feel so comfortable when I walk in the door. I am so thankful for the caring staff! I am also thankful for the wealth of knowledge that is given. The Therapy House truly wants to make people feel better!

Had a very stressful, emotional week ... massage was just what I needed. It was wonderful! The energy was flowing and I could have fallen asleep. Haven't been that relaxed all week! Thanks Jordan and team!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet and the therapists are genuinely interested in addressing your needs. Jordan and her team use therapeutic techniques that melt the pain away and they offer follow-up suggestions to maintain a more active and pain free lifestyle. I have been a regular client of The Therapy House and I often refer others here as well.

I am continually pleased with my healing massages. Heath fit me in while Jordan was out and he has done an amazing job. He has furthered my healing and I am thankful to have found The Therapy House!

This was the best Swedish massage I've ever had. The bed was kept warm, had a neck wrap and the room was quiet and peaceful. The massage therapist used lots of oil and spent more attention on my neck, shoulders and back as requested. Will definitely be back at The Therapy House!

I just want to say that, I LOVE THE THERAPY HOUSE! I enjoy the staff- very friendly, down-to earth people and really love what they do for me-make me feel great! I have been to massage studios where the atmosphere is cold and uncomfortable....but The Therapy House is just the opposite! Great people, great products and superb massages. Go get one!

The Massage was nice, it was a gift for my birthday from my Mother-in-Law and a great gift at that. The Therapy House is a nice place, once I found it.
