Pro Staff

I went to the Overland Park, KS Prostaff branch the week of September 22, 2008. I went in and filled out the multiple page application without having to wait at all. I thought that was really nice, there were only two other people in there filling out applications. Once i was done filling out my application I was interviewed. I was asked the usual questions about what I was looking for and went over my resume. The lady seemed very helpful and interested.



When we were done she never gave me her card for further contact but just thanked for me coming in. This was my first time at a temp agency so I didn't even know that I had an account manager that was supposed to work with me. Since that time (about 3 weeks later) I have heard nothing so far. I have contacted ProStaff to find out who I am supposed to contact and have heard nothing back so far.



Initially i was impressed because it is a good sized office, seems very professional and they have counters along two walls for filling out applications. The interview rooms are private, all have doors on them. The interview rooms have a small round table and two chairs so they are sparse but do the job.



The receptionist and the lady I interviewed with were very friendly and efficient but that's just not enough.
