This is hands down the worst dining experience my family has had in KC. The worst part not even being the pizza (which was terrible, mind you). The rude, of-of-line customer service was the worst we have ever had! After asking that our pizza be re-made due to being raw with burnt toppings, it was totally obvious that they were upset & overloaded our 2nd pizza with even more RAW ingredients. After voicing my health concerns with the pizza & how dirty the facility was--instead of calmly and maturely apologizing & rectifying the situation like a biz owner should, the owner became offended, started yelling & using profanities!! I couldn't believe my ears! The waitstaff was laughing in the background adding even more to the lack of customer respect & unprofessionalism. Thank goodness I threw our pizza away--my kiddos would have gotten sick otherwise. :( I will be passing the word to everyone I know...we are giving this joint 6 months, tops.

I have to truly believe the owner of this place is just trying to get himself on Kitchen NIghtmares. Worst pizza experiece ever. Burnt frozen pizza dough. Their sauce tastes like canned sauce that they just dumped a few hundred cloved of crushed garlic into. The "Garlic Twists" were nothing but four Rhodes frozen rolls with garlic salt and butter rubbed on top and then charged 6 bucks for. All in all, not even worth a first try. Save your money.
