      Terrible agent and agency in my opinion! Stay away! Completely unorganized and just overall terrible. I wouldn't trust them with anything ever again. Extremely slow moving, not helpful. I strongly recommend looking at other agents. Been with State Farm since 1999 and this agency makes State Farm look very bad!

      I have been looking for a insurance company for a while. I can honestly say that when I spoke with the agents (Alec,Jacob & Nick) I was truly impressed with the service and the willingness to help me get insurance for my cars ,Home & life I have now been working with Nick Rouse & his staff and I can say that there are still good people in the world. Nick is definitely one of them. I needed some help getting a few things done around my house. Nick came to the rescue and helped me nick is a angel .I am very happy to now be a part of the STATE FARM family. If you are looking for a very reliable group...you've found it in Nick Rouse and his staff. Thank you & God bless you NICK !!!

      I highly recommend Nick Rouse State Farm Insurance agency. I was seeking homeowners insurance, calling around for quotes ...I received the best quote from thus agency ...more importantly, the best customer service. Storm was my contact person although everyone here was always super kind and professional. Storm was always on top of things, followed up and followed through with the entire process. I can't say enough good about Storm and the Nick Rouse State Farm Insurance Agency !
