He moved to Missouri at the age of 12 and met his wife while attending the University of Missouri – Columbia. During college, he worked construction, which taught him the value of hard work and allowed him to pay for his school. Influenced by his rural upbringing, Dr. Anderson loves the outdoors, including camping, fishing and hiking with his wife, Kara, their son Xavier, and their rescue dog, Mac. Dr. Anderson’s favorite sports teams are Sporting Kansas City and Kansas City Royals.
