As a small child, Bob learned the trade through his father who ran his own small plumbing company. In 1983, Bob decided to start his own. From the garage in his home to the multiple locations today, Bob has added HVAC, rooter, sewer, and electrical services through the years.

Kyle was great on my whole house inspection! He was very professional, pleasant and informative. I learned a lot and was given the opportunity to purchase additional services but certainly did not feel pressured. I’ll ask for him next time I need a plumber.

Anthony was knowledgeable and courteous. He provided me with the information I needed to know and in terms I could understand. I know nothing about plumbing, so he could have oversold me so easily, but the genuinely wanted to resolve my issue and nothing more. Kudos! AND I'll make my flight tonight after all. Found a leaking water line filter and called around 4:45, Kalen arrived in just an hour or so and fixed the problem and even a couple other nagging issues I’d been meaning to get to for awhile. Fantastic service as always!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE KANSAS CITY METRO!!! I don't normally write reviews, but I am taking time to write this short note to let you know how completely impressed I was yesterday when Spencer P. came to my house to replace a portion of my bathroom sink drain. He was extremely pleasant and he was dressed very professionally (loved the boot covers – very impressive!!!). He provided me with a price for the job from his binder before he started the work and finished it in record time. He also cleaned up everything he touched when he was done. My wife commented that our bathroom actually looked better after he left than it did before he arrived, and she's a tough Cookie when it comes to her house! I will always call Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning for any future needs and thank you for sending Spencer to get the job done. I will definitely be calling again when the need arises!

Being new to the Kansas City area, we were not certain who to call for plumbing services when we realized that much of the old, cast iron plumbing in the house would need to be replaced. Our new neighbors recommended Bob Hamilton plumbing so we gave them a call. We could not have been happier with the service we received! We scheduled an appointment and Spencer showed up on time and was very professional. He took his time to explain what needed to be done and the reasons why and provided us with an estimate. We scheduled the work for the next day and Spencer again showed up on time and performed the work that needed to be done at the price he quoted. He was very thorough and was very conscientious to clean up the mess that was made while doing his job. Afterwards, he made certain that all of our questions were answered before leaving. We were so thrilled to find a top quality plumbing company with an honest, trustworthy, and experienced plumber like Spencer on our first try! We now call Bob Hamilton and Spencer whenever a plumbing need arises and recommend them when we are asked who we use. We highly recommend!!

Thank you Bob Hamilton and our plumber, Spencer, for saving our daughter's wedding! We came home on a Thursday night after work to find that we had no hot water in the house and a houseful of people in town for the weekend for our daughter's wedding. We called Bob Hamilton and Spencer showed up right away to assess our problem. He was professional, courteous and walked us through what would need to be done to correct the problem. He really went the extra mile to get the job done as quickly as possible! Spencer was able to prevent what could have been an incredible inconvenience to us and our out of town wedding guests! We will definitely be calling Bob Hamilton and Spencer for all of our future plumbing needs!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling just before the 4th of July. We fully expected that we would have to wait until after the holiday to get our cooling issue resolved. Remembering the Bob Hamilton commercials on our local radio station, we thought would give them a try.

Our issue was analyzed on July 3rd and resolved today, on the 4th of July! We couldn’t believe it!

We got a call from the office this morning with the estimated time of arrival. Jeff and James were right on time and did an amazing job! Jeff and James immediately introduced themselves and were very polite and professional the entire time they were at our home. They were focused on resolving our cooling problem asap! They explained the work they were about to perform and afterwards walked thru the finished work, taking the time to explain everything. Jeff and James did an awesome job cleaning up after their work, nothing left behind.

We strongly recommend Bob Hamilton!

Story time!

When I bought my house three summers ago, it was written into the contract that the sellers would put in central air. I could tell right after the work was done that it was done incorrectly. I could put my hand up to a vent and still barely feel air. It was even worse in the winter.

The most frustrating part was I had a home warranty the first year and had two different people out, and my concerns were quickly dismissed. First it was "Oh you just need to change your filter" and then it was "We just need change out your thermostat". As a woman home owner, nothing is more frustrating than having your concerns quickly dismissed and passed off as if I just don't know what I'm talking about.

This summer I decided enough was enough. I want this redone right. And as I'm sitting here right now I can feel the cool air for the first time. I would like to specifically thank Stan Harper and Andrew Olson for the hard work they did. The job was a lot more complicated than expected and it was definitely a hot day, but the dedication they put into this house means the world to me and my two fur babies. I thanked them a million times over in person, but they deserve a public shout out.

We purchased a new heating and cooling system from Corky in April for my mother's home. Josh, Drew, and Kyle hustled to install the system to ensure my mother had heat during the cold weather. Their service was excellent, as they were respectful of both my mother and her home. Jason did a superb job with the plumbing and even returned after the gas company finished to make sure the system was working properly. I can't say enough good things about the team.

I recently had a new AC/furnace unit installed. I would like to positively comment on both the selection and installation process.

First -- selection: John Hamilton was my comfort consultant. He was extremely patient with all my questions -- and I had a lot of them. I was indecisive on which models to select -- the more I learned, the more questions I had -- and I was literally emailing and texting John questions right until the day before the installation was scheduled. He could not have been kinder or more responsive -- and went above and beyond to ensure I felt ok/comfortable with my decision. It is much appreciated!

Second -- installation: Dustin and Elijah were my installers. Both were kind, courteous and thorough. And they were also patient with my questions! I thought they too went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Dustin was very patient in reviewing all of the steps with me to ensure I understood the installation process before and after completion and how I needed to manage service going forward. He also helped me get the new fancy thermostat set up on wifi!

I literally had to leave to go out of town right after they left, which made me a little nervous.....but what a relief it was to return to my cool home after a 90 degree weekend! Thx for everything!

Quick, easy and professional. Kyle Colucci identified and explained his diagnostic in terms I could understand then proceeded to fix the problem quickly. He was in and out in less than an hour! The cost was a little more than I expected but have nothing to compare it. Worth not having water gushing onto my hardwood floors any longer! I also felt very safe and comfortable having the technicians in our home.

Kyle Colucci solved two of our problems.

First,he pinpointed our backed-up washer drain causing water to discharge behind the wall and trim onto the floor in our lower level family room. He cleared the drain that was clogged up stopping water to drain out onto the floor.

Second, he also inspected our main shut-off valve that was very corroded and rusted and the pressure release valve was failing and not operating properly. He replaced the shutoff valve and the pressure release valve.

Kyle prevented us from having a major plumbing problem and he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional in his service.

On May 31, 2016 one single root 3/4 inch diameter in main drain line could have been resolved with a $20.00 can of root dissolver. It cost me $7,926.83 when the supervisor for Bob Hamilton Plumbing noticed I had used Wells Fargo Home Financing after seeing my gutter covers. He called Wells Fargo to find my open credit on my account: $8000.00. The blank form he had me sign I thought was a work order. Wells Fargo called me 4 days later and informed me $7,926.83 had been charged to my account. The statute of limitation for contracts in Missouri is 3 days.

Jasen Hamilton came out today (no relation to Bob Hamilton - we asked!) We were really grateful for his patience while we asked questions in order to help us make some tough decisions. We ended up deciding to take on one thing on our own to save several hundred dollars that would then enable us to make a more important repair that we didn't have the ability to make. Jasen's patience with our questions was much appreciated. We feel a lot more confident about our decisions after talking through things. Jasen was gracious with our decision to take on a repair on our own in order to enable us to afford the other repair. He even reminded us that because we're service partners and he would be back to check things over each year, he could make sure the job we did looked like quality work and was safe on his next visit. It gave us some piece of mind and comfort with the decisions that would have been really stressful otherwise. On our next call to Bob Hamilton, we will definitely be requesting Jasen for plumbing!
