Grossly overpriced and very unprofessional. Checked my insurance and told me my out of pocket charge and then I kept receiving bills. I called and talked to Suzanna, customer service supervisor, and she said they can verbalize anything and nothing's binding. Same services at Johnson County Radiology are about one tenth of the price. Be Careful
I have gotten several texts for me to pay my bill. I had several procedures done & probably owe them money, However, I have no EOB & no statement from them. They are in the process of changing their website so there is now way to get to them through that. I tried the number listed on Google & it is not in service. The number in the texts takes me to an automated system that says I owe them x number of dollars. I am not paying until I find out what is going on. Health care is enough of a challenge already without offices like this.
Very disappointed. The bill I received from Alliance did not reflect my EOB from my insurance. Plus, the woman on the phone today at Alliance told me another and much higher number. It even showed on my paper bill from them that my insurance made a payment, yet she could not confirm that. What?!? In addition, she said 2 of my 4 claims were on hold, even though the amount I owed on those 2 claims were included in my total bill. This very much shows that their database is in need of major help! Not to mention she was quite rude to me.
Do not use them!!! Received a text 4 months after appt that I owed money. No statement, no acct number, just pay online. Didn't even know this bill existed. Called to request statement, very rude. Statement I received was a final statement threatening collections. Horrible way to run a business.
I had a friendly radiologist at the time of service. However, billing was a huge headache! They send out only one paper bill and use an automated calling system. They do not keep track if you verbally pick up and listen to the automated call about your bill. After two tries of automated calls they send you to collections!!! I was not explained to verbally that they were a separate service from the hospital and my bill was separate. When I thought I had all my bills paid for, I was wrong. I had a collections account for a few months until someone FINALLY was able to explain to me they were a separate service and what the bill was. I would not recommend using alliance radiology to anybody. I know other people who have had better experiences with other radiology imaging places.
