College Park Family Care Center is overpriced and unreasonable. They have terrible customer service and when compared with others providers in the area, you are overpaying! They nickel and dime all customers in every area possible, including printing one copy of a medical record for personal use. Avoid this company at all cost, or it will cost you!

We found the front office staff to be unfriendly and most of the medical staff to not be very empathetic. We also did not like that every time we needed to have blood work done we had to drive to a separate lab at a very inconvenient location and then wait a week (or more) for the results to come back. At our new pediatrician the blood is drawn right there in the office and then we hear results within minutes. For a mother of a son that is slightly anemic, the latter is obviously preferable.
Apparently over two years ago, I incurred charges that were coinsurance after my insurance paid. I was never billed for the charges. The first that I knew they existed was when I was served by the sheriff. I called the office and was told that I had to speak to their attorney. I called the attorney who told me they didn't have a copy of the bill. It took several weeks and one court date before I was able to get a copy. After receiving the copy, I do believe that I owe the bill, but did not want to pay the over 60% in fees that were added due to their negligence. I was told that they would prefer to have a judgement and would not waive the fees. I have never experienced anything like this! They claim to be a Christian organization - beware the wolf in sheep's clothes!!!
