We are new to camping so we called Bowling RV and explained our situation and told them we were close to 4hrs away.He sent us information on a unit that was in our price range and said if we drove down he would pay for our fuel just for looking. When we arrived it took 22 minutes for anyone to come out and help us, then when we showed the salesperson the Email with the RV we came to see he said, i'm sorry the salesman you spoke to isn't here today and he got two units mixed up so we were going to have to pay an extra $2600 if we wanted that particular rv!Long story short, Bowling lied to us about the RV, didn't reimburse our fuel and not once apologized or admitted to their mistakes! Would NEVER recommend Bowling to anyone, absolutely the most horrible buying experience we've ever had!We went to Laso E Camper Sales and bought the same RV only larger for $3400 less than Bowlings sale price, SCAMMERS!

We had the landing gear on our 5th wheel go out and could disconnect from our truck.We were on a trip and needed it fixed asap. I took it in since this is where we bought it and the extended warranty cover a new gearbox and drivers side jack replacement.We were back up and going within 3 hours of getting there!Thanks to Ashe in service and Jay in parts.
My husband and I came to look and was greeted by Adam. He was very respectful and gave us space to look. He was not pushy and that said a lot to us! He answered all our questions and directed us to Tami. She was professional and fun. After meeting with Jason today I told my husband I was amazed by the customer service and professionalism. The rest of the team always had a smile and willing to guide us in the right direction. Thank you!
The worse. When we bought our RV we had a question about out heat system just a question. We were told that they were not going to let the tech answer it without bring it in and paying their 130.00 and hour service fee just to answer a 2 min. question. Went back a year later (our rv place was closed for the holiday) wanted to see if something we wanted to buy for ours was worth and the manger of the parts department said he had no idea if it is or what it was. Told us if we bought it to let him know...JOKE. After the holiday went to our guy and he told us that it was not worth it...for free
