Express Taxi

I would give zero stars if I could. I was quoted a price of $16 to go from Ossining to Cortlandt Town Center. As we approached the exit for Montrose he asked if we wanted to get off at this exit or the next. He thought we wanted to go to the town of Cortlandt even after I had repeated it on the phone several times to make sure he knew where I was talking about. He then told us it would be $32 to get there, not $16 and if we wanted to go back to Ossining he would charge us for that too! All for his mistake! He then told us he was going to drop us off at the bus stop to get there and he still had the nerve to charge us $15! Ridiculous. How can you be a taxi driver in Westchester and not know the Cortlandt Town Center? Never using them again.
