The service was lousy, rude and incompetent employes,door key cards did not workAfter check in. locked out of RM. Had to get new key which took two attempts.At 11:00 that night keys not working again.I call # on front of building 15,times no answer. Eventually walk down to local bar and bartender makes a phone call and gets me some help. It takes another 20 to have some motel personell show up. A hour in all. Motel employee offers no apologies or nothing.she actually pretended that I was not there when I spoke of being out of RM for over a hour on a cold night.
