Anna did an excellent job cutting my hair. The ladies are all friendly and professional. The instructors do a good job of checking on the students progress during the task they are undertaking.

I walked in for my appointment and waited 15 minutes before anyone even talked to me. All the students were standing around gossiping. Then I didn't get the student I had requested to do my hair. The teachers clearly have no control over the students language, actions, or professionalism. THEN, the student who did my hair dyed it blotchy yellow and gray when I only wanted my highlights brought up to the roots. Biggest waste of money ever. I am livid. What a joke of an establishment. I want my money back.

Students were nice, good haircut, low prices. I would recommend it. Especially to college students.
