Honestly, I had heard mixed reviews of ultimate rides, but when i got there i was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales person named Jimmy, who I feel I can trust. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Didn’t make a purchase today, but when I’m ready to pull the trigger on my next car, Jimmy will be my first call!
Great, honest salesman named Jimmy is very knowledgeable & easy to work to find the right car. He makes you feel like a person, not just another sale.
Car broke down two days after buying, they said they fixed it now two weeks later same issue also have black spots all over my new driveway from leaks. Now no one will get back to me. Avoid Avoid
You would be better off going to a junk yard, same quality of cars but a lot better pricing at junk yard. stay away read reviews first, I read reviews and knew I have the knowledge to buy a good car they do not have any walked the lot a couple times to hear lies from sales people, it is quite clear this dealer has a reputation of junk and I see why.
I would have to agree with the other review 0 would be ideal. people took a $12,000 car from me on trade for a truck that was obviously not inspected in any way shape or form. this truck is probably valued at $5,000 at best with all the engine issues, leaking oil and coolant and using it because I had to add some heating issues, it seems like someone disconnected the defrost vents to mask the fact the heater Core is leaking that's probably why top of dash is cracked. tail lights don't work, ( not legal) and one of the lenses was broke, but they took the time to put red tape over it so its not as noticeable , (not legal) licences plate lights don't light, ( (not legal) trailer lights plugin don't work, 1 interior light dont work, 1 light I n headlight cluster don't work ended up with a piece of garbage. now I have to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party and send the paperwork back to the state to show their negligence. On the up side if they sell my car before all this happens they get to pay me what the car is worth. So says the state of Wisconsin.
Dissatisfied. Bought a Dodge Ram in May this year. At purchase, one taillight was held in with roofing screws, the radio had constant static, there was noise coming from rear axle and fresh paint along the rockers and over the rear wheels. I brought these concerns up to the salesman and after multiple requests, he would only reduce $700. A month after purchase, vehicle developed a transmission leak, radiator leak and bubbles in the fresh painted areas. I brought the vehicle back and they would only offer to buy some parts for the radiator leak which I would need to install. They referred me to a nearby auto shop to address the rear end and the repair cost is $600. At the end of the day I saved $700 on the initial purchase but ended up spending over $750 on repairs. In addition, the transmission still leaks, I have to install radiator parts and I have growing paint bubbles . Dealership doesn't stand behind the vehicle they sold. Next time I will purchase a vehicle from a private seller.
I bought a Car from this place in October. Had to replace the brakes, The starter, and now the head gasket went. If your looking for a $3000 car that will last 7 months this is the place for you.
I want to give a ZERO star rating but can't. This place sells junk, just check the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware.
At first they were very nice. We test drive a car we liked and started talking number. We already knew what our bank could do for us. They came in with a monthly payment over 70 dollars more then my bank. So we just wanted to go through our bank. They will not call you back. I had to call many times just to get a voicemail message and not to get a call back. When it came down to buying the car there was no negotiating it was there price and I had to finance with them to get the best deal they can give me. Which I should have a choice who I give my money to for my car. And know after buying the car my bank has been haven problems with them not returning paper work they need back and they think its funny laughing at the banker. This place is a joke not very helpful and not very respectful.
I began visiting for service several years back. Their mechanic, Bill, is outstanding. He does terrific work, is honest, and demonstrates integrity, which is not always easy to find in a service shop. He never recommends unnecessary work, and is honest about what should be done vs what can wait and what is necessary. It used to be that the first stop when I was in need of auto help was internet forums... now I go straight to Bill, because I know he will be honest, treat me with respect, and take good care of me. Because of my great service shop experiences at Krueger, when it came time to purchase a vehicle recently, I bought from them. Both the owner, Dave, and salesperson, Jim, were extremely accommodating. I feel I received a great deal, and they were helpful and friendly as always. Best of all, because I have confidence in their service, I know the vehicle will be reliable, and I will have a reputable mechanic to take care of it. I recommend Krueger Auto Mart wholeheartedly, and would encourage you to check them out for your next service or purchase need.
