Overall
terrible experience with no star

Turned off my atm card when I didn't return their phone call. Their explanation was " to get my attention ". A few weeks later there was another call, I attempted to return it however was told there was no reason for the call. Having my attention from previous weeks I stopped by the local branch just in case where I was reassured everything was fine. Tonight at 12am I stopped and put gas into my vehicle and found out when I went to pay for it that the card was again turned off. Call center stated that nothing was wrong with my account and that there was no reason stated for my card to be turned off. I would have to fill out paperwork to have it turned back on. They left me stranded midnight with money in my account with no way to pay for my fuel. Thanks central bank!
