Recently got my haircut here on Friday night with my boyfriend and our 3 year old on February 3rd, the day before my 21st birthday. My bangs were super grown out because I have been waiting to get them cut perfect by someone who knows what they're doing instead of me messing them up. I asked the blonde lady with straight bangs who cut my hair to give me an a line, but keep it at the length I have it at. She insisted the a line had to be short in the back. Ok. So I could tell she just was trying to get me out as fast as possible and not actually help me get my hair the way I wanted it. Then I asked her if she could cut my bangs and leave the sides long and she snipped my bangs super short all the way across my face in one snip. She ruined my bangs they are super uneven and I am so upset because I really love my bangs. She didn't even take the time to cut my hair or even my bangs out. I was in the chair for not even five minutes before I was out the door. And this was my second time being there I feel like the employees are very rude. Both times each lady looked at me like I was stupid instead of trying to understand what I wanted done with my hair. I understand you probably deal with confusing people all day who can't explain how they want they're hair, but I won't ever go back there again these people are very unprofessional. It was an awful experience for me. And I wanted to go back and let her know but I don't need the petty refund it won't fix my hair.
I'm giving this salon 0 stars for customer service. I went for a haircut in the Oroville salon and in less than 4 minutes I was set down, trimmed 1 inch off with 6 cuts of the scissors, and was spit out of her chair before I even settled in and was charged $15 for this 4 minute service. She acted as though she hated me and that it was to much of a bother to cut my hair even though the salon was empty. Now I understand why no one was there. I did complain to the Chico salon and they said they would talk to the owners and get back to me. It has been 2 weeks with no resolve. I am also a cosmetologist and know that the industry is based on it's customer service. I don't understand why this girl is in the industry. Word of mouth travels fast and Karma is a bitch.
