Lori and Brian are the worst employees imaginable!!! They are rude to customers and I was actually verbally and physically Assaulted today while I was with an elderly disabled lady just trying to dry a blanket!! Lori came out screaming at me in front of all the customers, she was also extremely rude to the lady who tried to help the elderly lady I was with and got so close up in my face she was actually spitting on me as she yelled at me!! I was certain at this point she was going to hit me!!! Then she told me she was going to call the police in me at which time I told her please do since your threatening me!! The lady I was with was totally terrified of this psycho crazy lunatic that she wouldn't even let me get her money refunded when we left without completing our laundry because she was absolutely awful to us. Apparently she can't have a professional work ethic at her job and has no business working with the publi because she is a crazy volatile mean human being that must be completely miserable in her life!!!! I would recommend to everyone if you value your safety you should never go there to do your laundry and you should tell all your friends to please be careful as well!!!!

I give it a 0. The lady asked me to be more gentle closing the dryer door, I replied respectfully that I apologize.. Closed it gently the next time, next I go to my truck to check the time & music came on as I turned my truck on... She then rudely told me to turn done my blaring music. Once again, it was an accident, a polite request would of been sufficient. So then yes, I was starting to get offended that she was getting rude with me, one thing after another before I even had a chance to correct it. So I reply ma'am it was an accident, you asked me to be gentle with your doors, I complied. You rudely asked me to turn off my music, again complied, only this time asked why couldn't she ask me politely? I had been respectful my entire time there. She didn't like that I said she didn't have to be rude & told me to also fix my attitude, which I didn't have until then. I ended up taking the clothes I paid for to be dried out early while still wet because I was appalled by her service. While in the meantime I hear her being polite to other customers. Her car was broke down out front, maybe that's why she took it out on me. (I even offered before the altercation to help jump the car her husband was working on) the final altercation is when she got an inch away from my face, I had to literally ask her if she was going to hit me. She claims to own the laundry mat. Terrible service. After all that, yes, I informed the rest of her customers how rude she was to me for no good reason at all. I've worked in customer service for years & have never seen, or treated a customer that way. I literally thought she was going to hit me
