No one answers customer service phones no one answers pick up departments phone. The operator tells me she is always getting complaints about this!!! Ask for Managers extension AGAIN NO PICK UP what is wrong with this store you don’t value your customers?

This Walmart represents everything that is wrong with the brand. Customer service is hard to come by and not enough cashiers to check out the people. Forget about getting in and out of the vision center either. Tragic would be the best single word to sum up this business.

This vision center is the worst I have ever been to. Order contacts there- you'll never get a call telling you they're in-you'll have to call them. Then try to pick the contacts up on a Saturday afternoon. You will be told that the licensed opticians are both at lunch for an hour and they're the only one who can give them to you. I had to go back there to get my eyeglass prescription so I could get glasses made. After waiting for 30minutes for the doctor to write it up, I was then informed that the doctor would not write it because he didn't do the exam and wasn't sure which prescription it was. My doctoer would be in the next day I was told. Next day-back to walmart vision center. Different person there now who proceeds to tell me that the doctor won't be in until the following day! I will never ever go back to that vision center or that store, (Or any Walmart for that matter) ever again. They Suck!
