I've been going to this Planet Fitness location for the past few months (I usually go to the Daytona one). This Planet Fitness is absolutely horrible, the staff are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever met, and the management seems to not care about there rude staff. Last night when working out I was harassed by a Kelley, she approached me and informed to me that my membership was canceled. I told Kelley that I canceled my membership right after I paid for it and my membership was good until the 17th of this month. She brought me to the front desk were I spoke with Nick. Nick began to insist that my membership was canceled and I would not be able to work out. He then told me to go to the Daytona Planet Fitness and figure out whats wrong with my membership, as soon as I left I gave the gym a negative rating (They have a thing by the exit door were you can rate the gym) this made Nick angry and he began to tell me not to come back. I went to the Daytona Planet Fitness and they told me my membership was still active, as soon as I heard that I went back to the one in Ormond and as soon as I walked in the door, Kelley walked to the phone and began to call the police. I then left and decide to speak to management in the morning, I spoke to the manager and began to explain her employees rude behavior. She seemed to not care and even decide to defend there actions. I was appalled and then requested to speak to the franchise owner. As soon as I spoke with the franchise owner I began to understand that the staff were really close to each other and he was already informed about the incident, he began to be very hostile and informed me that I was trespassed from this location and I would not be able to work out here anymore (I wasn't even informed by the manager I was trespassed). I wouldn't recommend anyone to workout here, not just because of the unprofessional, shady staff, the equipment is terrible and I actually had a sit-up machine break on me and the gym is poorly maintained there is a lot of dust and the equipment seems to not be clean.
They too no longer take my insurance I agree 110% with Autumn S with everything word for word what she said I too also had Courtney Davis she is the best Dr I have had and the staff and front desk are wonderful I know i will never find another Dr like Courtney and I have had a lot but none like Courtney I will miss the great care n miss everyone there Thank you Jenna Medical for everything
They no longer take my insurance. It is sad. This place has the most courteous staff and every physician there has been wonderful especially my doctor Courtney Davis of course they really really care about the patients and I am sad that I have to leave there I know I'll never find another physician's office as caring as theirs I strongly suggest Jenna Medical and will always appreciate the great care that I got with them
I can always get in the day I am having any medical issues. The front desk staff always welcome you with a smile. The NP's, nurses and Doctor are concerned and take excellent care of me.L. Susan Homburger
They changed my birth date so my insurance denied the clam, of course. Went in for routine exam got a ridiculous bill because they dont know how to write there codes for billing. I suggest to stay away.
Excellent customer service. NP's and MD's are wonderful. Professional curtious staff. A joy to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One of the worst waste of money, energy and timeI asked to join and find out about coaches. 2 days later I had an appt with 'the membership manager'...I see now that was a Euphemism for sleazy sales person! ONE HOUR 15 MINUTES in an office with the door closed! Of course, I bought additional services and was hardly sure of all he 'pitched'. The trainer/coach was good and we can only reproach her a lack of business experience shown many times. She never gave me what I asked for- simple enough, a routine I could do on my own later. Instead hopped from one machine and exercise to the other. I have minimum knowledge of the latter but as she said "I can read the instructions" if I need to. Over $1000. !! The worst of this business is an owner/manager who doesn't give a damn about you unless he knows you which leaves out us newbies, even the paying ones! Never will set foot in there again. Most employees at front desk make you feel comfortable when you walk in and there is plenty of equip. That's it folks, nothing else to boast about. Go to all the others available around here. They have to be better at customer service than this owner and 'some' of his staff!
Got in to see the doctor very quickly and was very happy with the service and bedside manner. Highly recommend.
