Abysmal customer service. Won't answer phone. Hangs up on customers. Won't be upfront about delivery times. Blames "truck owner" instead of taking responsibility for the sub-contractors that the company elects to use, instead of supplying their own drivers and trucks. Yells at and berates "truck owner" when customer is listening on the phone, presumably as a way to show customer that they are doing something when in fact they had already been rude to customer and are now being rude to their sub-contractor. Had no choice in using this company because it was a third party used when placing an online order. Would never use them by choice. The sub-contract truck driver was actually very pleasant; employees of the company were not.

I was promised a delivery for Thursday. Driver communicated that the product was not on truck. I waited for a call no response. I personally had to call the warehouse and schedule my own delivery. Next day no word on delivery. I had to call the warehouse again to find that the mattress could not be deliver till the next business day(Monday). That added 5days of shipping for a mattress. Horrible
This company almost killed me, and when calling the company, I get ignored. I provided proof of dangerous driving and unsafe vehicle conditions only to be ignored. If you wish to drive with a company that does between 25 and 40mph over the speed limit, then take this company. If you value your life, you will take another company. The company they work for Access 2 Care, has done nothing to punish this company.
My Costco delivery was shipped by YRC. The delivery guy, Gary AKA Bone was AMAZING! He called me when he was on his way to my home, as I had requested, so I could meet him there. He also waited for me to arrive, and he helped me, in the pelting down pouring rain, get my 550+ pound delivery item to a dry location, which I would not have been able to do without his help, considering the 4-wheeled hand truck I had purchased was too small to fit the pallet my order was on. Gary simply went well above and beyond all I could ask, and he was so courteous, helpful, kind, efficient, and just overall, Awesome! I could not have asked for a better delivery person. He deserves a raise and an extended paid vacation from YRC. Thank you for your immense help, Gary AKA Bone; you are a huge blessing!

The service we received was fantastic! They were so easy to work with and beat just about every price we threw at them we got from Internet companies. A very well stocked office & warehouse of parts and supply items and quick to schedule our demanding service needs. After many disappointing so called service company's we have finally found one that makes running our business a much less stressful experience! Wish we found this company years ago. Clean vehicles,well stocked inventory , professional uniformed service techs.

Pilot Freight delivered four large furniture packages for me, from an online retailer. They called during the week and set a 4 hour delivery window for 2 days later, and they delivered on time and within the time-frame window. The two delivery guys were very kind and helpful, and they did a great job bringing everything inside my home. I have worked for this company it's a good company..They do not damage merchandise intentionally..If any merchandise has been damaged it is only because of how it was loaded onto the roadrunner truck .. here is an example of how some trucks come in we four our best to remove the merchandise without damaging them..All of the employees take pride in their job and treat merchandise as if it was ours..
DAYBYDAY, In response to you and your "review", please if your going to critique get the facts straight. The federal guidelines for cargo liability is actually .50 cents/lb not a flat $50 that you misinterpreted or don't understand yourself. Also L&S employees love the company, as the drivers and its customers, especially with the amount of savings they get within shipping in Florida. As with physical altercations, very unusual, but there may have been an instance where somebody might have been "guided" out for the safety of other employees as they are family ran/oriented company and care about the safety of there co-workers and if a person was confrontational, they must be escorted out and maybe with help of others.
