It is not unusual these days to receive mediocre or bad service at facilities which should set the bar standard for good service.You shine in this department - from the good natured and helpful people at the reception, to specifically JP in the MRI area, and your manager. JP was patient, helpful and so comforting to me who was extremely nervous, though my husband was by my side.Thank you all for representing your facility in such a wonderful manner.Penny S. Lewis

This office is very poorly run. They practice bait and switch pricing. I had a CT scan for which I was quoted a final price and made payment in full at the time the procedure was completed. Subsequently, I have been billed for 3 additional amounts, one of which was double what I originally paid. Do not go there! After spending 4 hours on the phone with their billing department, I realized they are intentionally trying to rip off customers. I have used other local imaging facilities and never been deceived like FRI.
My appointment is at 8:45! I was on time and I am still waiting at 9:12 am. I'm supposed to have a ct scan. When I asked them to tell me more about what this entailed no one could. So far not a good experience :(
Don't Use Them.Their accounting is unprofessional and inept. They always copy my Medicare info, then go ahead and bill be directly anyway. They are nasty on the phone. I asked to speak to a Manager. They promised a call back in 4-48 hours. I never got one. The is a poorly run operation. This is the second time this has happened to me there.
Very fast service, went for x-rays and they very nice and efficient.
Doctors do not get kickbacks for referring a patient to a radiology center. It is your insurance company that is the problem or you did not read the fine print in your manual from cigna concerning your coverage.It is your responsibility to know your plan not the doctors fault.
This experience was terrible. I have never been so humiliated or felt cast aside in a professional environment. I spent over 4 hours there for a 45-minute procedure that, by their own estimation, should have been just over an hour. Multiple people with appointment times ranging from 1 to 3 hours after mine were seen first, for the same procedure and using the same machine I did. I was finally told my appointment being pushed back over 3 hours was okay because “it doesn’t matter, workman’s comp still pays.” If you value your self worth and dignity… choose a different facility.
Completely unprofessional and rude staff in the front office. I arrived 20 mins early and waited well past my appointment time. When the question of my co-pay came up the lady at the front desk would not even speak to my insurance company. So very rude!
My Dr. ordered an abdominal MRI 9 days ago. I have been on a clear liquid diet since the appointment was made. I was called at the end of the day the night before my 7am MRI and told the MRI had been cancelled because the tech had something more important to do at the time of my MRI. Not rescheduled just cancelled. I would not recommend doing business with this location if it can be avoided.
I received today a letter from the Radiology Specialists of Florida accompanied with a bank account statement indicating that I owe $59.85 and Bank of Nevada has purchased my health care account . . . First of all I never owed any money to the Radiology Specialists of Florida. If I owe anything, The florida Radiology Specialists should inform me in that regard before it goes on to sell my account to a bank. Second, the letter provides a telephone number (407-200-2888) which I called several times; but I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone and, when I left a message, nobody called me either. This organization's business practice is obviously unethical and shouldn't be tolerated. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use any of Radiology Specialists of Florida.
