I found his personality erratic. When I questioned him about his explanation of my repair problem, he went off and said I was being unreasonable - I was just asking a question - I thought he really over-reacted. So, there was an opportunity for him to do even more work for me but I paid him what we had initially agreed and told him to leave!

I had a very disappointing experience shopping at Best Buy yesterday, In fact, so disappointing that I had trouble sleeping last night. I feel I was LIED to!!! From the get go the salesman kept telling us that buy today and get 10 percent back so that would be a savings of over $200 because I was buying a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. I was prepared to pay cash; but, he talked me into opening a credit card so that I could pay over 24 months with no interest. Sounded pretty good until all paperwork was touched on the screen and unable to see. I am now the, not so proud owner, to be received a credit card with $15,000 credit which I neither want nor need and when I asked how I got the 10 percent credit was told that it was for "in store only" and would not get because I would be getting the 24 months same as cash!!!!! He was totally misleading and actually LIED to us. The bill came to $3,217 so I should be getting $320, instead NOTHING!!I DO NOT INTEND TO EVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!
Love using Sir Charles, we've had them fix several appliances over the years. They've always been honest, and reliable. The price is much less than contacting one of the "Big Guys" and they actually care. I'll keep using and referring them.
D & S Appliance Repair Misdiagnosed my dryer repaid and then refused to make correct repairs even though we told them the next day that the repair had failed
This man was completely inappropriate and hostile. He screamed at multiple family members who tried to talk to him about a repair we requested. He began name calling and ranting when I asked for basic information and calling people stupid and crazy. He came unprepared without tools and could not answer basic questions. I suspect he is mentally disturbed and advise you not to let him into your house if you are alone or have children present. He also could not answer basic questions like "What is broken and how can it be fixed?"
They said it was a simple fix, and fixed my microwave the same day and did it all for great price. I don't hope any of my appliances go down again but if they do i will be definitely calling Sir Charles Appliance Repair.
Dean has fixed several appliances for us and has always been on time and honest about the repairs. He will tell me ahead of time if something is going to be expensive. He also advised me to keep my old washer-it's one of the good ones- and it's been going strong for years. Because he does all the work himself, I always know it will be Dean that shows up.
