In June 2016, this company charged us $2500 to help release our Timeshare that we bought in February 2017. They promised to refund 100% in case they did not successfully release it. They even put these words in a Certificate of Guarantee. They did not contact us after receiving the money. When we wanted to have an update, we always had to write to them. I asked for an update in January 2017, they took long time to reply very short and nothing new. In June 2017, we asked them again, it's had been almost 1 year and they never kept us informed any thing. The anniversary passed. In August 2017, we wrote to them to ask them honor their promise to refund $2500. They never replied at all. In October, another online timeshare release company named Best Defense Lawyers called to let us know all our paper work from Timeshare Lawyers already passed to them. They will now take our case if we sign the paper to hire them. When we asked about our refund, the lady from Best Defense Lawyers said she would not know. We contacted Timeshare Lawyers again more than twice by phone and email. No one replied. At last, just a few days ago, Mike (Timeshare Lawyers) left a message. We called back. All he wanted to do was courting us to go with the new firm. We asked for the refund of $2500, he reluctantly said we had to write letter with our signature and mail it to Timeshare Lawyers. He would email us the address and again he never contacted us. We searched online and could see Timeshare Lawyers had a new address and contact. So we sent the letter any way to them but it seemed we got scammed again.Shame on you, Timeshare Lawyers! You go prey on devastated victims already got ripped off by the greedy Timeshare companies! Bad karma will come to all of you creeps!
This company hires some employees who use sexual harassment to their benefits and get a way with it keep their big fat check and benefits while the employees who was the victim looses their job with a family to support is that fair no i would think long and hard before staying at their resorts
I have stayed at several locations with my Festiva Adventure Club membership and I have been very pleased with every stay. The condos are clean and comfortable with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff have always been pleasant and the website is very easy to use.
I stayed at a Hilton Hotel recently and sure enough, within a month or so, got a phone call about an offer from Hilton Grand Vacations. As usual, I said "no" to the first offer and they came back with a better offer for 3 days and 2 nights in a brand new Hilton Resort on the strip in Las Vegas for about $100---as long as I made a reservation in 45 days and stayed at the resort in the next 6 months. However, the deal was non-refundable, non-transferable. Now why would they not refund $100 for people who change their mind before the end of the 45 day period? That's because they send you a packet and letter that explains that they are "proud to be your host for your Las Vegas vacation in either their Hilton Grand Vacations Club Resort or in one of their many premiere Hilton family hotels in the area". In other words, it's the old bait and switch game. I hope you take the time to read this review before they call and do the same to you.
