If I could give this place zero stars, they deserve nothing more. According to their website (and YP.com) they do shoe repair, leather and purse repair, alterations and of course dry cleaning. I took two purses in on/about April 3 for leather handle replacement - they told me I needed to provide the handles and they'll stitch them on. Well, okay - no indication on any site I researched about this business that I needed to provide the materials for this type of work so I'll just chalk that up but even with the replacement handles, they are not getting my business BECAUSE I also had a sleeping bag with a broken zipper that I asked to be repaired and if it couldn't be repaired, to replace the zipper. They told me they could do the work, told to pay in advance, but were swamped so I agreed to allow two weeks (April 18th). I pick it up April 21st (should have checked it before I went home) and they gave it to me with the old zipper removed, gave me the old broken zipper and no new zipper. Allowing time for the fuming to reside, I returned to the store April 25th to ask about the new zipper and they looked at me like I had two heads and had no clue where to find a sleeping bag zipper. So I provided the new zipper (found it on-line) and asked for a price adjustment since I was providing the zipper they were supposed to have provided and sewn on in the first place. The seamstress was not there and they were supposed to call me back about the price adjustment – no phone calls whatsoever and it’s now May 5th. So I called early that afternoon and was told it was ready – when I arrived, it wasn’t – hadn’t even been touched since April 25th and promised to be ready May 6th. So I called ahead again on the 6th and was assured it was ready. So I go back for the 4th time, look at it, zipper sewn in……but it’s sewn in upside down AND the sleeping bag folded in the wrong direction. I called on the 7th to complain – they want it back to do it over saying “she was rushed and got it wrong”. Not sure how rushed this could have been since they’ve had it for more than 30 days. I’m done dealing with these people - I left with a sleeping bag that I will have to rip out the zipper and find someone else to stitch it in. I know how to sew but can’t get the part for my older sewing machine to do this project. Setting aside the fact that it’s a 20-30 minute drive plus tolls each way, I went to this place because at that time, I had other business in the area, there were positive reviews for the alteration services and assurance from the seamstress that she could do the work. Never again. Think I’ll be looking into a new sewing machine…………

I went to them to dry clean my jacket and learned that they do shoes and purses too. I brought my mom's purse to them to be repaired. Unfortunately, the purse could not be repaired, but they told me up front which I thought was very cool. I have been to other places where they take the job only to leave you upset later. I thought it was very nice of them to be honest with me. You don't see that much any more. Plus my jacket looked awesome! They will def be my new drycleaner.
The worst customer service ever. I had shoes repaired, a dress altered, and an expensive men's suit, dress, and two cashmere sweaters dry cleaned. I dropped my items off a week prior to when I needed them for my husband's Firm Holiday party and assured they would be ready. When I went to pick them up, the dry cleaning could not be found. I asked the woman at the counter if she could check again for my items she said "NO". I explained that I needed the suit and the dress for an important party that night and would wait while she located them, she told me "good luck you'll be waiting a long time". When I asked when I could expect them she became abusive and loud telling me this was "not her problem and that I needed to leave and I'll get my items when I get them". At that point another woman walked up checked the rack and low-and-behold, there were my items! The nasty girl who couldn't be bothered to even look for them just waved and said " don't let the door hit you on the a** on the way out"! Needless to say I was horrified. There are far too many options out there for dry cleaners than to ever suffer these people again. Save yourself, go elsewhere!!!!!
