This gentleman is a true professional!! He is an ex-Marine and I will tell you that he represents them well. He is honest, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. He repaired my son's bike while I waited and went over the whole bike and made the required adjustments replaced an inner tube and all for 20 dollars!!All the kids in the area pass by and call him by his first name. I will recommend him to everyone I know since there are very little of them out there!!
He is all about helping others out when, needed,no problem he always says! His prices & parts are unbeatable no one can touch them!
Very fair honest guy who's not out to make a killing. Just to make a friend. He charges much less then the other bike shops and likes to help out people who are on a budget.
I brought my bike into Kyle's shop to fix the noise in my rear wheel. The mechanic suggested that I need to overhauled the rear hub for $30. The next day the noise came back even worst. I brought it back to the shop and they said it was the freewheel driver not the hub that needed to be work on and it would cost me extra $30 to overhauled it again plus the part to fix it. At this point I walked out of the shop and took my bike to David's world. The mechanic at David's world took a quick look at the rear hub and indicated that the axle was put back too tight when Kyle's mechanics were working on it and further identify the issue. I ended up paying David's world the $30 plus part to fix my bike, but the major different is that David's World has 30 Days services warranty claim. If you have any issue with your bike within the 30 days the service was performed you can bring it back and they will fix it no question ask.
wow! Great service - fixed the flat on my bike while I waited- under 10 minutes and 20 bucks, then helped me load it back into my car- all with a smile! Thanks guys!
I got some problems with my gears and I was wondering how to fix it, then got the idea on the internet about KELLY'S,I decided to go with them to fix the errors, that was my first time and was a great experience, they are all very accurate with their profession, very friendly, very polite and very honest as well, they just took half an hour to make me free.so,with the first experience I have become the fan of Kyle's.definitely suggested to everyone.
If you love biking, you'll love the type of people you can find here, passionate and helpful, specially to new customers.
Do not take your Bike to Kyle's Bike Shop they handled my bike so poorly they can not work on Vintage Schwinn' and the attitude they had if it wasn't a high dollar bike don't expect good service. I had to find my own parts, had to take the bike back twice to get the wheel trued and they ruined my bike it is so scrapped up the Schwinn is gone on the side of the bike. If you care about your bike do not take it here.
nice shop- nice people- resonable prices
I called them and asked if they hand onhand, and sold spokes. Told them I needed several and was advised to bring the old wheel to match. I drove 15 miles and the sales associated acknowledged me when I came in. He asked one of two guys in the back for his help and he advised he was to busy and wouldn't be able to get to in in a couple of days. I explained that I only wanted the spokes and he said he was to busy to look. I couldn't believe the attitude of the guy, he may have been the owner. While I was waiting I looked over some of their helmets. They were over $100 more that the same brand and styles as Walmart. Will not return or recommend.
