Eyedeal Vision CenterIn Hunters Creek near Publix is a wonderful business. We have been going there over 20 years and have always been treated with care, compassion and concern by Tom and Lorraine Seaman and now their son Dr. Bryan Seaman, Optometric Physician. Tom and his kind knowledgeable staff have always made sure that we get the most benefit from our insurance plan, letting us know what benefits will work best to meet our needs. They have an incredible selection of frames and are willing to order anything they do not have in stock. We actually look forward to our eye exam and the process of finding our newest pair of glasses. We used to wear contacts and while you might be able to save a few pennies ordering online, the folks at Eyedeal Vision Center always took care of any issue that arose without a complaint. That kind of customer service is unrivaled in this day and age. It is like having a concierge for your eyes.I am always impressed how many bilingual staff Tom has on hand. I wish I had the talent to speak another language. There is hardly an accent among the bilingual staff, never a problem understanding anyone. Everyone is treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. If you have not yet been to Eyedeal Vision Center, what are you waiting for? They are there for you!
6/3/2017, Saturday: I do not recommend going to this place for your eye exam. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and extremely incompetent!
Worst service and it takes FOREVER to get anything done. 3 1/2 hours initial visit and an hour plus for the remainder and I still do not have a script. Horrendous.
I've known countless people that have had life-changing vision correction surgery at LaserVue. Brock Magruder, his father and his whole family are part of the fabric of Orlando; they been on the forefront of ophthalmology for decades. With something as important as your vision, why would you go anywhere else?
The service is bad, the are employer unprofessional and rude, not recommend this place poor service
Dr Hallock and his entire staff are terrific! They've got a great selection of custom eyeglasses, including saftey, sports glasses and contacts and they are experts in the treatment of any eye related issues or injuries. Highly recommend!
By my insurance, this is the place where I suppose to go. The service is horrible, some of the employer are rude and when you come to pick up they are slowly, like if you going to made and exam. I ha te this place and I don't recommended
Very disorganized and shoddy business. Seen twice after an hour wait when there was no other patron! I formed the impression that Dr. Sobel was only interested in money, and had little interest in helping others. This is strictly my opinion. Try at your own risk.
The eye doctor is great. I would recommend people to have their eyes checked with the doctor, but to purchase their contacts at another place. I placed my order the day after my exam and paid for it that same day. They told me that my contacts were going to arrive from 7-10 days. I waited and waited and waited. After two weeks I went to check on my order status and they put the order again, and this time it was going to be a short waiting because they "express ordered them". They told me my order was going to arrive before the week was over. I waited and waited, and waited. Didn't get a phone call or anything. Four days later after the weekend I went to check on the status, and they checked and the contacts were finally there, so I got them. Next time I will choose a different place to place my order. I don't like irresponsibility.
I became a first time patient of Lens Crafters on Thursday, June 4th located at the 891 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828 (store # 01634). I understand that customers usually write, email, or call when they have complaints, but I believe that companies should also receive feedback when they provide excellent services and/or products. Upon arrival I was cordially greeted by opticians working in the front area of the store who directed me to the optometrist location towards the rear of the store. I was very pleased with how inviting and attentive Dr. Tucker was. She educated me on my eye needs and discussed various available contact lenses options available to me. Her assistant, Jamie Milia was also very courteous and professional and they seem to work very well as a team. I had to take time out of my day to provide feedback because I have always had very poor vision since age 4 which resulted in me shying away from having yearly exams as in which everyone should do, but Dr. Tucker made me feel very welcome and like I was no different from any of her other patients and I greatly appreciate the exceptional service her and Jamie provided me with. I will also be returning to her office faithfully on a yearly basis to have my eyes examined and to purchase new contact lenses. If you work or attend school in the Waterford Lakes area, I highly recommend having your eyes examined for glasses and/or glasses by Dr. Tucker. She's will make you feel as though you're her only patient.
