I have nothing but problems from May of 2014 to this very year.IF I start I will run out of space here..WORST cable company I have ever had in all the years I have had cable.
We have been doing business with Medhealth Billing Services for almost 2 years. During this time we have gotten to know the owner, management team and billing team. They are truly respectful and professional. We have also had the opportunity to meet several of the doctors that they support and their feedback has been exceptional. We highly recommend MBS for all of your medical billing needs.
We have had nothing but problems since this company took over Marco Island Cable. Their equipment must be obsolete because there are constant issues with poor reception. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen with any company. Extremely long bills that are impossible to decipher. I needed a new HD box and drove an hour to their office -- where I was given the wrong box even after they looked at my account and should have known what I needed. Seems to be a poorly run company.

Be careful with this company,They do not release itemized statements when requested,& like to harass the homeless.They do not send the information to SSI when requested,& they fail to explain charges.*
Used them a year ago no problems. Then had to have my PS3 reflowed and it lasted 2 weeks brought it back and when I picked it up now there is no video the system will not read any of my controllers and you cannot shut off the unit. I spoke with the owner this morning and pretty much got blown off!! Telling me there is nothing that he can do and was not going to waste his time to fix it since there is no video anymore. I spoke with another very reputable place and said the flow was not done properly or they overheated the board which caused the video to go out. I will NEVER use this place again be warned!!!
After recently moving to the Orlando area from NY, I cannot say one negative thing about Orlando Telephone Company (Summit Broadband). The tech that came to install my cable box/internet was pleasant and efficient, and the quality of both the tv and internet are exceptional. I had a few questions regarding the remote for the tv, so I called customer service and they were more than accommodating (Carlos was his name if I'm not mistaken). I find the monthly cost reasonable, so as long as I reside in central Florida, Summit Broadband will be my internet and cable provider.
