I purchased a Boost ZTE Blade on May 23, 2018. I left the store for home to charge the device, upgrade and allow necessary applications to update. I received a notification to install a new "Android System Update." A System/Software Update is normal immediately after purchasing a new phone. Upon completion the Android restarted and at this time I had 2 new notifications. 1) "Unable to Detect Sim Card; 2) "No Service." I immediately traveled back to this store where I made Nicole, the store clerk whom sold me the device aware of the issue I was experiencing. Nicole was very unprofessional when she stated, "you had to have downloaded a virus or something." I tried explaining to her that the issue was not a virus and that in fact the issue was a sim card read error. She removed the sim card tray and replaced it, handed the phone back to myself stating, "there all set it works now." I left the store and immediately proceeded to make the very first phone call since I purchased the device 1/1/2 hours prior. Needless to say the phone call failed and I again received the same notifications. I returned into the store. Nicole performed the same correction removing & replacing the sim tray. I left the store where I made it back home for only :30 minutes whenever I again received the same two notifications. Throughout the afternoon the same repetitive cycle occurred totaling 4 in store visits. Needless to say I've discarded this device as a piece of garbage. I've also disregarded the service that I paid for at this Boost store as unprofessional. Nicole also put my birth-date into my account as year 1998 never asking what my birth-date was. I WAS BORN MORE THAN 20 YEARS PRIOR TO THAT YEAR. OBT Wireless - Boost Mobile are very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend doing business here. Not to mention now that I know how Boost Mobile operates I personally will never utilize their services AGAIN!!!!
The employee Ash lied and said I had to use my debit card to be elligible for the speakers that I could get with an upgrade phone. I found out a month later he was charging my card $160 every month for the upgrade which I never would hav160one had I known. He told me it was a one time hundred dollar fee and my monthly bill was $60. He is a thief and a liar. Stay away!
I have nothing but problems from May of 2014 to this very year.IF I start I will run out of space here..WORST cable company I have ever had in all the years I have had cable.
i went into store to get a tablet this lady helped me she got me what i needed then i asked to do upgrade on my 2 phones she told me there was nothing down as she was looking at my account then all of a sudden it was $150 down to order i asked her if i could get the activation waived because online theres no activation as of now for an upgrade there waiving the fee so i told her that i would call sprint and get it waived she said they dont do that anymore.So when i got home i got online and upgraded my 2 phones for 20$ with no activation fee for the same phones i asked about in the store there was no $150 for the upgrade either it was 0$ i feel like she was just trying to get money out of me i will never go there again and she wasnt very pleasant to her coworkers either very rude to them
I will never go to this Sprint Store, I have been with Sprint for over 30 years. but this store is giving Sprint a bad name. I'm 80 years old and my husband is 83 i went to get him a phone and he just could not get to understand it so the very next day i returned it. i had also bought a case for the phone so i return that also, I even payed a $35.00 dollar restocking fee. all this i did in April 2017, up to this date they have not returned my refund of $ 26.65 for the case i had purchase. I say that these people take advantage of the elderly. I have been calling everyday plus i have even gone to the store, and all they do is give me run around at my age. its disgraceful how they are running this store. The names of the person that took care of me was Steve, then i also spoke to a Nelson, I asked for the manager his name is Kaheel and he was a help to me only once and now he even won't return my calls. all i can say is sprint should close this store and get better people to run it and be taking advantage of the elderly
I came to upgrade my iPhone and I was help by Nelson T. I love his promptness and professionalism. Everyone was so nice and helpful! The store was nice and clean too!!Absolutely the Sprint office to go in Florida!!

We have had nothing but problems since this company took over Marco Island Cable. Their equipment must be obsolete because there are constant issues with poor reception. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen with any company. Extremely long bills that are impossible to decipher. I needed a new HD box and drove an hour to their office -- where I was given the wrong box even after they looked at my account and should have known what I needed. Seems to be a poorly run company.
Great Store everything fast and professional!! My iphone 6 plus the touch screen was broken, plus the digitizer not respond. the fix my screen and IC Chip in less than 2 hours thank you!
