I had been hearing the ads on the radio for months. ED has been a big part of my life for many years now. Can't tell you the last time my wife and I have had sex (over 4 years) and when I have tried my erect always goes soft. Made the appointment and was told it would be $149 if the procedure they used I would feel the results before I left the office and if I did not get any results I would pay nothing. Well everyone seemed to be very nice. The one guy that came in discussed the medical information I had given, but also without telling me the price said to make sure they gave me prices that I could afford, because it was an expensive process. He said the price could be adjusted to my needs. Well the procedure worked, about a minute after I received the drug I got an erection like I have not had in years. After a while the tech came in and the price really got me, $5300 for a years treatment. Well being on a fixed income there was no way I was going to be able to afford this. After telling him this as not affordable for me and what other other options would I have. I explained whatever I was going to spend I needed to discuss with my wife and she was the working partner as I was on a fixed income. Went back and forth for a while and he came up with a price I could afford. Told him I would call him the next day after I discussed with my wife. A little hesitant he finally said ok. Long story short when I called back the following day to purchase the plan, he was not available and never returned my call.
No respect for the customers time. Wait times have increased over the year. When you bring it up to staff they argue and tell you it’s not true. Waited 2 1/2 hours for shots to be told the office was out of vaccines and no apologies. Be forewarned that if you disagree with the accusatory and belittling staff, you will be removed from patient status.
For the last five years since being diagnosed with prostate cancer, I've been dealing with severe ED which the typical prescription medications were no help. The Patient coordinator told me that the treatment was guaranteed and that if it didn't work my visit would be completely free! Amazing!During the entire visit, I really wanted this to work... and wham!! I was hit with an instant sensation I haven't felt in years.. Their "special" treatment really worked as promised!! After all of these years of depression and despair dealing with ED. I cannot believe that I was able to see results on the same day of the visit!!Skipping to the end, all of their medical staff were very friendly and their patient coordinator helped me find the most affordable option for treatment despite my financial constraints. I am retired so I am on a fixed income. I signed up for a payment plan with guaranteed no cost adjustments to the treatment and free follow ups with the doctor. Bottom line: Their treatments really works as promised, and their payment options came out to be really reasonable and affordable.
They told me on the phone it is 149.00 for the visit and theMeds I will need are around 19 or 20 dollars each. Arrived and talked to three nice young men about whatI needed and the the doctor came in. Never even introducedHimself ,until I said are you the doctor, I then shook his hand( a wet towel feeling) and he went over my medical history.I do not think he even wanted to be in the same room With me.had a personality like an old doorknob. PerhapsThings would have went smoother had he at least Smiled One time. After he left the room, i asked that he not return.I was given an injection two times as the first dose wasNot sufficient. I cannot tell a lie the injections workedExactley as they said it would. I was Very satisfied withThe results until the bomb dropped. Remembering thePrice I was quoted , I had brought 300 dollars with meFiguring that would be more than enough. I stated I wasVery happy and how much I owe so I can get started.The young man did some figuring and said a figure like5,300 dollars. I just knew he was making a joke, butGuess what,...he was not. That figure was for the yearsSupply....What happened to the previous quotes???Told him they should have given me these prices overThe phone and saved me the long ride from Cocoa BeachTo Orlando and saved his time also.The whole time involved was around two hours. Dr. Rincón has a new partner that works part time; Dr. Piovanetti. I heard he was born in the states and lived in Puerto Rico many years, so he is multilingual and multicultural. The day I visited the office I perceived that Dr. Piovanetti's arrival has alleviated the office's patient workload and concerns of some. Hearing and speaking to patients in the waiting room, their satisfaction with Dr. Piovanetti was 100%-plus, and so is the satisfaction with Dr. Rincón back to top-notch again.Although my doctor is Dr. Rincón, I heard that Dr. Piovanetti used to be a medical teacher and seems to dedicate time to each patient according to their needs and I heard patients say that he explains everything in an easy to understand way - like it used to be back when "all doctors" paid attention to "us patients". One problem though; getting an appointment with Dr. Piovanetti is difficult. First, he's at the office some days of the week only, and then, once patients are seen by him, they appear not to want another doctor. While I was there for my appointment with Dr. Rincón I saw and heard many patients, from other doctors, that said they wouldn't want to go back to their previous doctor. I haven't seen Dr. Piovanetti since I've been Dr. Rincón's patient for many years and don't have a reason to see another doctor. Therefore, all the above is what "I heard and spoke with patients" in the waiting room that day. Nonetheless, that day Dr. Rincón appeared to have acquired some of Dr. Piovanetti's "thing"; I spent more time with him than before and he was more detailed explaining and working with me.So the practice and patient experience are "back on top", according to some patients, beyond that of any other primary care physician office in the vicinity. It now appears it is again the place to go - if you can get an appointment though.
For a walk in clinic this place was very fast, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. On that same note, I was with the doctor for literally under 30 seconds. He barely looked at my condition and, because of that, misdiagnosed me. Definitely the type of establishment to just push antibiotics without doing any kind of examination. Definitely would avoid this place, unless you yourself know exactly what is needed for your treatment.
I actually went to the location downtown Orlando Office and saw Zipoli, Kaitlyn, this was my first visit and I can actually say I had a great experience, I have not had a doc that actually spoke to me like they were concerned and Kaitlyn made me feel as though she cared. I recommend her to anyone. Im not sure why reviews are the way they are but of course everyone can have different experiences, but mine was great. Thanks Kaitlyn
I see Dr Q who I've been seeing for 10 years and he's fine BUT nurse Maritza along with the other nurse consistantly mess up my scripts, wrong dosage, wrong meds, forgetting to put my name on the script, wrong birthdate, wrong paperwork for lab, I was supposed to have a BRCA test and it was for a sugar test! Today she called a pharmacy that I haven't used in 2 years and lied to me about it. She tried to blame it on me saying why didn't I give them the right number, I tried TWICE but the receptionist wouldn't take the number down, left 2 messages with the phone numbers on the nurses line and told the receptionist that I didn't think the answering service was working right. I told Maritza about the errors and she said, why didn't you tell us about it before now, I've told them EVERY time since I have to go all the way back to the office to get them corrected!. It's also all in my file, Today the she was incredibly rude and nasty to me, treated me like I was a drug dealer trying to score drugs to sell because I'd asked her to call it on to my pharmacy which they have already done twice....I wasn't aware they weren't supposed to and that is NOT my fault. When I told her the script had been called in twice already she started yelling at other staff about it. She lied to me on numerous occasions about what the pharmacy told her saying since it's a controlled substance, they ONLY dispense on the same day of the last refill which I know is not true. I've been on it for 7 years with never that issue. She finally calls in the script at about 3pm (I called originally at 10am) and told the pharmacy not to dispense until the 30th then tells me she had nothing to do with it and that was the pharmacies policy. I went to the pharmacy and the manager told me that is what the "doctor" had told them and gave me Maritza's name, they told me that while they do often wait the 30 days it wasn't policyI KNOW she is the one who put the 2 day hold on my meds for spite.
What a great clinic!!!! The staff are amazing! I have a child who is autistic and they were very patient and kind to him: I love this clinic!
Great doctor that was willing to work with me. I didn't have much money and I needed to be treated , instead of paying for exams the doctor was able to diagnose me.
