We were transferred from Port Orleans French Quarter to Pop Century. The hotels transfer the baggage for you. We were told our bags would be in or room by 4 p.m. We arrived from the parks at 8 p.m. & still had no bags. After 2 hours of calling & being told that it was on its way my husband had to go pick it up himself.Very inconvenient & very dissatisfied with the service.
Bartender was very rude and even passed out insults and got another patron in on it. Also, a manager tore into a fellow employee under him enough so it made the children question what in the world was going on. Not very professional people. Ill take my business elsewhere next time. Good luck.
Stayed two nights in a room with ZERO amenities. Not even a pad of paper or a pen. Sheets were not fitted so had to fix them constantly. Ceiling was filthy with what looked like black mold. Cockroaches in the room. I mean this was bad. Even saw employees doing drugs while working. Worst of all management didn't even care. Spend an extra $40 and go down the street.
Excellent in park stay!!!! Close to parks and the service was very professional. Cast team was top notch and helpful!
I always feel so great to ride some of the best attractions @ both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure Theme Parks located inside the Universal Orlando Resort and have free shuttle scheduled transportation to all theme parks including Universal Orlando Resort,Aquatica,Sea World Resort, Wet &Wild and many other Orlando attractions.
Have stayed here a couple of times. It's a nice resort. Several pools to choose from. Nice boat ride down the river to Disney Springs.
Love this resort! Have several white sand beaches and pools. The main pool is great. Rooms are nice size and clean.
I stayed at the Riverside resort. We had a fantastic trip. The hotel room was average size, more on the smaller end. They had fun pools for the kids to play at. They have a cafeteria style dining hall. Everything was very convenient being in the disney bubble as I call it. There was a bus stop where busses were constantly coming to pick passengers up and take you to which ever park you wish to go. There is a lot of walking involved at this resort. Your room is in one location, the main house with food is in another, the pool is in another and the bus stop is in another location. So you have to walk a fair amount of distance everywhere you want to go.
I have stayed at the beach club resort with my family many times. The suites are excellent, and the room key provides access to a members room upstairs. Here you can find casual food for breakfast and lunch!
It's a nice resort, landscaping is beautiful. It doesnt have a Disney feel, so if you like that than its for you. (But we like to feel like we are at a Disney resort with the decor & service) It has multiply bus stops and pools since its a very large resort. Some of the rooms are a bit of a walk from the main lobby & food court. The table service restaurant was ok and their wait staff was so-so. It wasn't cool of the waitress to re-explain to us how to leave her a tip if we paid with our magic band, this was after we clearly said we knew about it already. The chef was friendly when he spoke to me about my food allergies.
