This guy is horrible. Zero customer service, 3 visits to my house and still a non working tv and after paying him over $300 for parts he won't return calls or texts. He won't contact you, I've had to call him every time to schedule an appointment. He even left town for 2 weeks without mentioning it until after a week had gone by and I reached out to him. Small claims court here we come David.
I have nothing but problems from May of 2014 to this very year.IF I start I will run out of space here..WORST cable company I have ever had in all the years I have had cable.
I could not find any one to come to my house. Then I found David. I made an appointment and now I could not be happier. My TV is now working and the repair was right here. Two thumbs up for TV Repair by David!

Unbelievable that they are in business- how have the authorities not been involved???- no communication - delayed service by weeks NOT DAYS- unprofessional- scamming- thieves: they will take parts- sloppy: they will scratch, break, and leave screws loose or missing on your device- liars: they will say anything to make a grimy buckHe went in for a diagnosis and left with parts missing. It's probably being sold right now as "new working piece" DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

We have had nothing but problems since this company took over Marco Island Cable. Their equipment must be obsolete because there are constant issues with poor reception. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen with any company. Extremely long bills that are impossible to decipher. I needed a new HD box and drove an hour to their office -- where I was given the wrong box even after they looked at my account and should have known what I needed. Seems to be a poorly run company.
Lowes has this company as technical assistance and I'm waiting for them to fix my dishwasher since April 2016, more than three months ago. They still have not prediction of when they go to repair the dishwasher and not answer the phone.

Lowe's set up WV Electronics to come out to service a refrigerator that was under warranty. Appointment was 8am-Noon, I was called at 8:30am day of appointment and was told they only do afternoon appointments in my area. I had this appointment set for 5 business days prior and took the morning off from work to be at the house. They do not answer the phone!! Stay away!
