Absolutely THE WORST "company"... Customer service is so incredibly rude. They charge ridiculous fees, and to start the service is a complete joke. They give you a five hour time frame and they don't even show up. Complete waste of time. Stay away!
Horrible service. Customer service is rude. Due to the fact that they are a monopoly in the area, they treat customers poorly. Several neighbors have had complaints as well. If there was any competition, they would not be in business because they have horrible customer service.
Way over priced. I paid $397 when I first moved in, $126 in labor charges. Used the propane once to see if it would heat the swimming pool. 3 months later I am billed for another $317., $186 was for propane. I cancelled my service and eventually got about $120 back and didn't use any of the propane. I would not recommend using this company
I would have to agree with the previous review. Their customer service representatives are very rude, and unwilling to help. They charge ridiculous fees and do a very bad job at actually trying to make the customer happy. Unbeatable service is completely inaccurate. Stay away at all costs.
A Katara house is a nice product but Katara's follow-up as a builder is horrendous. We were left to deal with out-of-code construction, open permits and repairs that lingered on for almost a year. I wouldn't want to buy a NEW Katara home again. The first owner has to work out all the kinks and will be extremely frustrated by the lack of support from Katara.
