I’ve lived with MS for over a decade. Under Dr. Varesh Patel’s guidance, the symptoms of MS been significantly reduced. He helped me find the right type and dosage of medical cannabis. Before being treated by Dr. Patel, I would get up multiple times during the night due to muscle spasms and cramps. I also experienced fatigue and lack of focus. Since being treated by Dr. Patel, my quality of life has improved.
DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! I can not say this enough. If you feel your child needs a second opinion with a specialist and you need a referral, unless they feel the situation fits a "protocol" they will not give you one and then they will discharge your child as a patient if you disagree with the doctor. The doctor walked out of the room in the middle of the conversation because I told her she didn't have a right to prevent me from taking my child to a specialist just because she didn't think anything was wrong. Just because you don't thing anything is wrong, it doesn't mean that there isn't. A specialist may disagree w/ her. Because of being cut off while trying to voice my concerns, more than once I actually had to request to allow me to finish speaking before being interrupted. I was even told to give her medications as trial to see if it works without even doing any diagnostics to find out what is wrong first. So I'm suppose to give a 7 year old medications that have side effects in hopes that her symptoms resolve. Seriously, is that how medicine is practiced, give medications first and ask questions later. Despite giving me blood work orders. my child was let go from the practice, now how am I suppose to have her follow up if she is not allowed back. Why give me blood work orders if you're going to discharge my child from the practice. I can't speak for any of the other locations but both doctors at this location have no bedside manner and treat the parent as if they are crazy. Their egos are so big that if you disagree with them they will fire you from their practice. SMH!!!
Worst place ever. I stayed there for Dr Martinez. But the lady's at the front desk are the worst. First of all for my daughters 3 year check up she was scheduled for a 2pm appt and when I go they told me that her appt was rescheduled for a different day. I told them that I never got a phone call or anything letting me know about this. The only reason why I was able to get my daughter seen that day was because I had threatened them. This happened in October 2016. Now for my 1 year old. I went yesterday because she had an appt at 820. They tell me that no doctor was going to be there till 930 and that they had called people to reschedule. Once again I never received a message or a call. So I had to reschedule for today at 9am. So today I had an issue with my car and I called to say I was running late and that I wanted to reschedule. When I was talking to the lady. She was. Hold on your appt is not till 1130. I had said I was told yesterday that it was at 9. And she never admitted she made a mistake. I am done with this place and now have moved my daughters to another location.
We have been attending here since 2009. Dr. Nielson is the most informed Pediatric Doctor we have ever met, and she has hired well as she's grown her practice. A lot of our friends do not like their pediatrician. We refer them ALL to Tree House Pediatrics. We've since left the Lake Nona Area but commute all the way from Oviedo because we are so pleased with the care our children receive. Dr. Nielson gets on the child's level and makes everything they do fun. She's properly referred us to specialists, all of which have been helpful. She doesn't rush in and out of the room. She takes time and ensures that the child is treated properly, and that we understand everything going on. I read some of the negative comments, and I just HAD to post this. Oftentimes circumstances and situations occur that lead to bad, single experiences. Say what you want about the administrative experience (they've always been good to us, but who knows I guess). I'm yet to find a doctor's office with a stellar admin staff. As for care and doctor treatment, Dr. Nielson and Dr. Javier (the 2 we've seen here) are second to none.

We are part of their family and they ours. They have always taken on our medical challenges with the utmost professionalism, patience, persistence, compassion and encouragement. I was referred to Dr. V and Advance Family Practice by a coworker and started going this year. Both Dr. V, PA Lindsay, and assistant Courtney have been amazing in helping me with my medical issues. The office is always very busy so make sure you make an appointment, but know the reason they are busy is because they are a great facility and have retained a very large patient base. The front desk team is always polite and patient, even when there is a full waiting room, and as long as you arrive on time for your appointment, the wait is never long (I have a problem with this as I am usually running late and they still get me in to see the doctor with very little wait). Overall, I am happy that I found a doctor's office that I feel comfortable going to. Every member of the staff is respectful and friendly, and for someone that has typically dreaded going to the doctor, in the past, I never feel judged or uncomfortable speaking about any medical concerns I have.
I absolutely love Dr. Muhumuza. If it weren't for him I would never return to this location. They are severely understaffed & extremely busy at all times. I can never get anyone to answer the phone in under 15 minutes of waiting. In fact I have called several times and never gotten anyone to answer. When my son was sick I called for 3 days in a row before I finally just showed up at the office demanding to see someone. The office staff came and apologized but it was very unprofessional.
Kidsville Pediatrics on Lake Underhill has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. They were unprofessional and unwilling to see my side of the story. They did not accept it was their fault that they didn't have the shot records in a timely manner and we had two appointments we had to pay for instead of one. I should have looked up the reviews on this place before going there. It seems like this inconsiderate behavior is a pattern.
If you want to be distespected if you want to wait from 3 to 4 hour and if you want your child to be wrongly diagnos you found the perfect place ! If you love your child stay as far as can from this place. Unfortunaly Dr. Martinez is an Angel so we stood longer than we should of. I still do notbunderstand how legal is it is for Dr.silva and that place to be open but I'm working on it.
