Unethically Overcharged. I ordered 2 Entrees with Chicken, Meat, Scallops and Fish (Little bit of everything). They charged $8 extra and blamed Computer for error. They charge only $2 for Scallops or Shrimp. But it was not in the menu. Waitress was Denise Visa. She knew this was unjust and thought i would not notice it. After I complained few hours later. She told me she wants to escalate to manager and blamed computer. He reimbursed $4 for 2 Entrees and also they changed 20% gratuity right on the bill with a poor service. $4 was not with gratuity and tax. Please check your bill carefully before you pay them. Menu is MISLEADING. There are hidden charges. Tables are cramped and no space between them.
Romario was our waiter. He did an excellent job with helping us 1st timers with the menu. The food was outstanding and prices were very reasonable. Presentation was also great. Will comeback again when in the area. Don't be surprised that it is in a hotel but is nice in the inside.
My fiance and I recently ate here, and the food was delicious! The panang and green curry were very fresh and tasty. Our only issue was at the end of the meal. As part of our "dash across America" project, we unfortunately were not planning on providing any payment whatsoever for the meal so when I walked off and my fiance was slipping out the door, the staff were a little upset. One of the servers chased my fiance down the street, across busy Colonial Drive and into the Fashion Square mall! This woman was not going to give up, even when my dashing partner confronted her in the Macy's shoe department! Eventually we lost the server by ducking into a massage parlor. Our message to the server is: do not endanger yourself by chasing customers, especially off property! It's dangerous and can lead to bad things. We WILL be dashing again and again. We will NOT be paying. Take the "little 'L'" and wear it rather than playing yourself by chasing us all around town all to earn a giant "L" when we lose you. The food really WAS good though. Thanks guys!
I got take out and it was delicious. I got the spring rolls, pad thai, crab Rangoon, and wonton soup. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
I love this place! the food is excellent and the service is great as well. You could say I'm a regular.
Quality n presentation of food was lovely.Good recommendation of appetizer,,value if money I can say not bad..definitely I will come back again when I visit Orlando.
This place is delicious. Must go again :)
We were craving for some Tom Kha soup last night, so I turned into YP app looking for a Thai restaurant nearby. I was a bit confused at first because according to YP they are closed, all I can think of was how can a restaurant be close on a Sat night dinner time. It can't be, we took a U turn and decided to stop by anyway. Glad we did, it's a NICE little hidden GEM, friendly staff had our Tom Kha soup, we requested not spicy and it was delicious. My 14 year old does not eat spicy food, my husband can however his nose starts to run immediately after a bite, I needed a little spice so she brought me a spices to add on and it was perfect. We ordered only 2 entrees, my husband ordered panan, I think is what it was called with the peanut sauce, it was delicious. My son ordered the green curry, this was also exceptional. After our dinner she brought us warm (perfect temp) pineapple with honey tea... Really good. She noticed how my son loved the tea and she gave him a cup to go. We eat out a lot and we are willing to try anything once. Our motto is "let's go and try it and if we don't like it we just won't go back". WELL, Thai Island, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO.
Best Thai food around! This place is great for dinner.
My husband and I come here at least once a week. I love the crispy spring rolls and the pad see u. (I think thats how you spell it!) Their coconut soup is incredible! Great place for lunch. The only bad thing is that they close after 3 and do’nt open until dinner (thats why its 4 stars instead of 5) Otherwise its awesome.
