I've moved several times, across different states, from Florida to TN and most recently just across Nashville. I've hired a moving company each time, and this was by far the best moving experience I've had. It was also the one I did the least to prepare for; when you're 35 weeks pregnant and moving in the middle of the summer, the amount of pre-packing and preparation you can do on your own is minimal! We scheduled to have our house packed on a Tuesday, and then moved on Wednesday. Both days went very smoothly. On Tuesday, 2 men showed up on time to pack us up. They were polite and pleasant and also worked very efficiently. We have a lot of books. I mean, a lot. The subjects range from medical textbooks to comic books to our 2-year old's . They labeled everything well so we knew where to find certain subjects. We also have an extensive array of kitchen ware. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were done wrapping and packing everything. On Wednesday, they came back (again, right on time) to load up the truck. They had us loaded and unloaded quickly and were very good about making sure I was happy with the placement of everything. They didn't complain when I changed my mind about where I wanted furniture arranged (previous movers had complained when I asked them to move desks and furniture around the room). These guys worked hard, and they worked well. They did not waste any time at all! One of the things I was most impressed with was discovered after they left. Nothing was broken. I've never had a move where nothing was broken. They were absolutely worth every penny I paid them and I have already recommended them to some of my co-workers who are also planning cross-town moves. Moving while hugely pregnant in the middle of the summer is a set up for a painful, painful experience. Instead, it's been the best move I've ever made. Great job, y'all.
We incurred damages during the move with 4FriendsMovers in Orlando. We followed the guidelines and submitted our claim. it has been well over 60 days (they say 30-60 days for a claim ) almost 90 days and we have had no reply to our emails (3) or our phone calls (4).Very unprofessional and we will make sure we let people know to never use this moving company. You call a call center and you will never get a name of a manager or supervisor to research your claim. Very shady.
First of all, I called Move Us Again on Wednesday and asked them for a move on Sunday. They were super accommodating. Then Rita came out to give us a free quote. I wasn’t there but my wife was. My wife was late to their meeting and Rita was so nice and waited for her. Once inside she was very knowledgeable and gave an estimated time of 3 to 5 hours depending on what we wanted to move. Originally we were just going to have them move the biggest items which would have been 3 hours or if on moving day we wanted them to take more it would probably be 5 hours. She gave us both prices up front so we knew what to expect. We went ahead and scheduled it. On moving day, I received a call that they were on their way and right on time. When they showed up, I met Juan, Matt, and Franky. These are three of the nicest young men you would ever want to meet. I signed some paperwork with Juan and they got right to work. They were extremely professional and took great care with everything they packed in the truck. They wrapped all the furniture so well that there were absolutely no worries about the trip to the new house. Aside from that they were just so polite the entire time, and were happy to move things right where we asked. They disassembled some things at the old house and were happy to reassemble them at the new one. And yes, we did have them take more than just the big items on moving day. We ended up at just barely over five hours, just as Rita had predicted. The bottom line is, moving is a pain in the neck. Rita, Juan, Matt and Franky just made it so much easier. I highly recommend Move Us Again Moving Services. and I’ll use them again. Ask for these guys by name. You won’t regret it.
The best moving company ever! Last Monday we moved from The Vineyards at Hammock Ridge to Heritage Hills! My wife Tere Pizarro asked for your services and was very happy and extremely satisfied since they moved the furniture, TV, boxes, files with order and extreme care and the 2 guys were friendly, careful and have Excellent Customer services!
