USPS says, "your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 11:38am on May 10, 2018 in Orlando, FL 32835". I went to the locker right away to pick up my package. Surprisingly, the locker key wasn't in my mail box. Either the people of USPS messed up again or they're liars. This has happened THREE times already.

We've been waiting for 3 weeks now to get a key for our mailbox. Every time they promise us we'll get it in a few days and nothing happens. We can't get our mail and they just don't care.

This office has the WORST customer service I have ever exoerinced. On Saturday, January 17th the letter carrier Domingo Rivera was so close to the curb, that the side mirror hit the mailbox knocking it over and broke it from the base. He was apologetic, gave me his name and said to contact the Orlo Vist location and they would send someone out to either fix it (impossible) or replace the mailbox. I tried for several days to reach someone, but the phone rings off the hook constantly. Finally, today I get some rude guy to answer, explained the situation and what the letter carrier stated. The guy was flat out rude, would not take down the information, or offer any ways to rectify the problem. He acted as if I was getting on his nerves. If you hate your job, that's your problem, not mines. I asked for a supervisor and he hung up. I tried calling back, but to no avail. I just want my mailbox replaced!!!!
