Horrible! I wish I would’ve read the yelp reviews on this company and not just the google reviews which are very miss leading. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
We made reservations for 2 adults and one infant and we also requested a infant car seat for our trip. About an hour or so before our scheduled pick up we receive a call saying the car that was en route to get us was having mechanical trouble so they will need to send another car. Ok no problem, however the other car will arrive about 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time which is incredibly inconvenient and puts a lot of extra pressure on us at the airport to get through security and everything with an infant (for anyone that’s ever traveled with kids would understand) ! On top of being late they now stated they can’t provide an infant seat anymore but can offer a booster seat. A booster seat to a 13 lb baby is useless and incredibly dangerous, might as well just sit her on the seat and buckle her in.... the gentleman on the phone was very rude and basically said this is what we can offer.. take it or leave it.
While I can appreciate them having mechanical problems I don’t appreciate them not being able to accommodate a basic reservation that was made with out making us late, possibly missing our flight and putting our childs life endanger. They cancelled our reservation after we hung up the phone saying “dispatch cancelled reservation due to customer being very angry over the phone”... yea I’m angry what do you expect. Rebooking a car service literally last minute that has a infant car seat available and is available itself is not the easiest.
Customer service for ultimate town car is non existent. I will not be booking this place ever again for personal use of for any future travel needs for the company that I work for.
I used Ultimate Town Car after researching several other services. I had to change my first reservation for a later pick up time and had no problems doing so. Jose was our driver, he was waiting in the designated location. Jose was courteous, friendly and we arrived at our destination safely. I had an early flight out of Orlando that required a 6 am pick up, our driver Moises was early and waiting on my party at approved location. We arrive in a safe timely manner. I will use Ultimate Town Car in the future.
Excellent Job. This Orlando Limo company si simply the best in customer service, we felt like stars in a red carpet. We hired one of their limousine goint to port canaveral from the orlando airport and back and had no problems at all. Their port canaveral transportation was absolutely amazing and helpful. we were off the ship 1 hour early than schedule and when i called the driver was already at the port waiting for our instrucions for the pick up....Joanne

We definitely use your service again...thanks for the awesome service you provided from the orlando airport to our hotel in disney..very impress with punctuality, also our driver carlos was very nice, please say hello to him..we will be back in three months...

The gentleman who picked my party up at the Orlando Airport was extremely rude, from the start of the encounter until the end. When we were waiting for our luggage, he appeared extremely annoyed, as our luggage was not among the first to appear on the belt. His demeanor made me very uncomfortable, and at this time I nearly cancelled the service.
When we got the the car, I had to ask him numerous times to provide the booster seat for my young daughter, despite this being clearly indicated on the reservation, as well as confirmed on the phone reservation. Once we were in the vehicle, I attempted to confirm that a grocery stop had been requested. He proceeded to argue this with me, insinuating that I had not requested this on my reservation (which I had). While driving, he started shuffling papers around, in an attempt to prove me wrong, it seemed. He begrudgingly agreed that I had, in fact, requested the grocery stop.
Upon arrival at the hotel, he unloaded our bags, and I asked him if I was all set, if I needed to sign anything, etc. He said, ""I am to collect the gratuity from you.""
I was so taken aback by this, I nearly refused to give him the gratuity. I had his gratuity in hand (which was less than I had originally planned on giving him, due to his poor service and continued rudeness) and handed it over without a word.
Had he not asked for the gratuity, I probably would have chalked this all up to him having a bad day. But that was really the last straw! I wish I hadn't given him anything, but I was honestly just shocked...
