My parents were treated horrible and as liars today at this store. The employees there were completely disrespectful and unprofessional to them. I sent the following to the company:


I am offended by the way my parents were treated this morning at your store in Orlando. The customer service was HORRIBLE and the treatment they received by your employees was completely unprofessional.

My dad went, from Sebring, to your store yesterday to buy a generator. He buys one, which I don't understand why it was sold out of the box and my dad didn't even ask, and was asked if he wanted to see if it works, he said yes. They put oil and gas in it and then he tells them its going to PR, to which they didn't run it so it wouldn't go into the system since it was going out the state. At no point did anyone said that they don't sell to PR, which was what my parents were told today. They just said to empty it out and that was it.

My parents are hard working and honest people. Today they were treated as liars and were basically yelled out by your employees. What type of people do you have working there? They were claiming things that were that even real. You had other employees yelling from another side claiming. My dad didn't argue, that is not his character. Once your employees started to disrespect him and just basically let it go. Why did they have to be so rude to him? Is this how they treat all customers? As a teacher we are not to assume our kids know everything, as a sales representative you should not expect your customers to know everything. So why wasn't my dad informed about the things he was today. Maybe this is why they were so rude and disreapectful, because they knew he they had done wrong and were trying to cover it up. My mom asked if they could trade it for another one to which they responded "Actually we are not going to sell anything to you." Seriously? This is a way to treat a customer? My parents are not people that agrue and are very understanding. They are responsible and respectful people. For them to go all the way from Sebring to Orlando to receive this type of treatment is completely uncalled for and speaks very low about your store and employees. My parents were treated as liars today for lack of communication and customer care. They were embarrassed since the tone of your employees voice were let to be known. Body language says a lot, why not pull out video from yesterday and today and study body language? Why not obeserve how your employees reacted? Or does your company takes it to the extreme of deleting these types of videos?

My dad's receipts has the transaction at 10:47am from yesterday and they were there at 8:00 am today. Pull up the video and see who your employees were. See who you have working there and doesn't know how to treat their customers. This treatment was completely uncalled for and I hope you know how to address such thing. Thank you for your time.
