My dear friend died due to the lack of medical care. The medications were not given to her properly, gloves were not worn, towels were put between her legs for urine collection. Tracheostomy care was done in a brutal way causing blood reactions! I am writing this so no one else will go through what my dear friend went through. If the family decides to follow this legally I will surely be a witness to this facilities total negligence! Beware and do not place your loved ones in this facility.
We like the one Dr but my father pressed the nurses call button 8 times today and no one came. The button worked. They kept saying they would send someone but didn't.
