I was not told of a service change. I go to Florida for 4-5 months in the winter. I called to get my equipment picked up and they would not without a signed release from me or a prescription from my doctor to pick it up. I was never told this before. Trying to get oxygen delivered to the new address was as difficult. As other people are saying, doesn't this company think of the people, we are the customer and have enough problems concerning our health, this is uncalled for. By paying our bill we are paying their salary. I am also fed up with the rudeness of customer service personal. I worked in customer service at several companies in my lifetime and would never have talked to my customers as I am being talked to. Rudeness is unacceptable.
VERY poor customer service for senior citizens. For those on Medicare thru Humana gold and need respiratory equipment, these folks are the ONLY place you can go. Too bad they treat us as second class citizens. I refuse to use them and will be switching my plan later this fall to a plan that does not HAVE to use them. BE WARNED
Never never ever failed me! EVER! Pulmonary O2 dependent, I have a need or concern and if she cannot do it on the phone, one of 2 Service guys over the last 10 years friends now are HERE next day! No questions no asking; they just come! Never had billing problems but then I have primary and then Medicare secondary and believe it or not when Medicare was all I had, still never got a balance bill. At least MY location in Orlando works this way. And I shall never change.
I wish there were an option not to give the first star. After 18 months with this firm, I look back in amazement at the fact that they are in business and not in litigation. I was given this firm's name for CPAP supplies. Let's see . . . 18 months. 4 Masks. No two the same. Never got my insurance company right. Sold me packages of goods that they billed as individual items (i.e., the bag had the mask and strap and cushions in it, but I was billed for a line item for a mask, another for the headgear, etc. at higher pricing.) They billed me for things I never got. They "loaned" me a machine, came back for it, then issued me an "owner" machine later that was the same machine. They often avoided/forgot/skipped providing invoices. If something was out of stock, they just held the entire order, and didn't tell me there was a problem until the problem was over - long waits for no reason. When I complained, no return call. When I wrote them, no return mail. I have yet to find anything they do well. Recommend avoiding this firm at all costs.
