I took my 4 year old here, because it was closest to our home. There is a sign posted asking parents to stay in the waiting room while children go back. I ignored the sign and went back anyway. Nothing was said. This was my son's first dental experience. The chair and room was kid friendly. The tech and dentist were very nice, even when m son was scared and refused to open his mouth. They allowed me to sit in the chair and him in my lap. He felt much better, and with their patience he made it through and left very happy. :)
This people show no concern towards the children, they just want to get their job done. My daughter at 15 months old became traumatized after taking her there. I now, have trouble brushing her teeth because of what she went through there. Did not like the personnel they are not friendly type people. The only reason I took her there was because they accepted medicaid, the wait was long, place does not look good, and the fron't desk don't even let you know anything, they don't care if you are there or not.

My husband only had 1 ped dentist on his plan. So, we drove far to go to this office to save money. BIG HUGE MISTAKE. Even though it is ""against her policy"" she allowed me to watch as she initially examined my children. My sweet tooth child (the one who usually has cavities) was fine. She started literally picking and picking at my (non sweet tooth) son's tooth raving about a hole, do you see this hole, right here, on and on. I actually wondered if there was something wrong with her. It got me nervous. She said I would have to leave during the cleanings. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with it. So we left and the kids were crying. Keep in mind all she had done was EXAMINED my kids. She charged them for the exams, plus an up front materials fee...Both of my children had a super DDS up North they saw since age 2 regularly till we moved. They had age six tooth seals put on 6 mos before this. Well, I took some advice and moved my kids to an OUT of network more expensive recommended provider two days later. She says to me...No cavities, perfect teeth. She wondered why one child had their seals in place and the other didn't since records show they were recently done! What do you think? Someone might have PICKED it off? I was horrified.Awful, awful experience. I reported this to my insurance company. They did nothing. Plus the office was nasty dirty looking as well. DO NOT GO HERE
