If there were more stars to give, I would gladly do so.
I am 79 and due to overdoses of Prednisone, years ago,I encountered
bone loss and consequent problems more recently.
Consulting with a dentist and a periodontist,it was suggested
that all my upper teeth, eleven of them, should be extracted, with two or more implants and a plastic plate manufactured. The estimate was $11,000.00.
Luckily, I searched for a second opinion, Dr Rausch was recommended.
After very thoughtful examination with the most up to date equipment,
Dr Rausch suggested a much more conservative treatment path of thorough gum treatment and extracting just one tooth. I happily agreed. I received a much better diagnoses, better treatment and I actually saved money.
Her treatment was a total success. Her expertise saved ten real teeth and the result looked great.
I contribute her diagnosis and plan to her attitude, dedication and experience in saving as many original teeth as possible. To bad this kind of Doctor, who truly cares, is becoming rare.
The staff was terrific, helpful and very courteous.

The good reviews for this dentist must be fake, she is one of the worst dentists I have ever seen. She is egotistical and will treat you, her paying patient, like dirt. I don't know where she gets her excessive self esteem from, but there are plenty of dentist in Orlando, any one of them is better than her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rausch since arriving in Orlando roughly 12 years ago and I cannot recommend anyone more highly.
A series of poor dentistry experiences left me overly anxious and extremely apprehensive. Despite the sheer volume of restoration work necessary to have both a healthy mouth and pleasing smile? I was made to feel comfortable and calm and most importantly? Not ""ashamed"" of the condition of my situation, which I truly was. I was so overwhelmed by my situation that I took it deeply personally.
I am fortunate to have found Dr. Rausch when I did, as another opinion was to have multiple extractions, which aside from being enormously expensive? I felt overwhelmed at the thought of losing my own teeth at such a young age.
My situation may be one of the largest professional challenges for their practice, but I was treated with grace, dignity and throughout the process, I learned to abandon my apprehension, fear and shame and begin to have pride in how well my teeth were restored. (Not an easy task as literally I don't think I had one tooth that did not need to be ""redone"" after an overly aggressive dentist in my former hometown removed too much enamel, leaving nerves tender to even tap water and things like regular brushing).
I have and continue to recommend Dr. Rausch to anyone new to the area, unhappy or uncertain with their current practice as I know if anyone can achieve a successful outcome, it will be her. I know without hesitation that my referrals will be met with the same graciousness, concern and attention that I have received without fail all these years.
I remain enormously grateful for being transferred to a new city and to have had the fortune to have someone recommend Dr. Rausch. Happily, I now only see them for routine cleaning and check ups, due to their wonderful work years ago when I first went to their practice.
Their environment is always calm, immaculate, professional and priced competitively. Their office has been exceptional about assisting me in filing for any dental benefits provided in my plan and clear and concise about what procedures are covered and to what extent. I have never had any financial ""surprises"" or misunderstandings about what would be covered and what would not. I appreciated that candidness as it was a new experience for me to not continually receive further invoices/bills post procedure. Quite refreshing, but not surprising as their office is simply run that way. I never felt I had unanswered questions, nor did I feel that any decisions were ever ""out of my hands"".
I have children who are now away at University and they schedule their check ups during their trips home. Call me ""over protective""? But there is literally a business card for Dr. Rausch in each child's car, alongside their insurance and registration that clearly states if there is an accident and their teeth have been involved - to please, please, find all the shards (shudder to think) of teeth to preserve for restoration by Dr. Rausch. Without a second's thought, I would transport my child back to Orlando to have their teeth repaired.
Extreme? Perhaps, but I read an article by an overwhelmed father who after his child had stabilized from the accident, painstakingly combed the destroyed car for all the pieces of teeth shattered in the wreck. That young woman today has a beautiful and perfect smile thanks to Dr. Rausch and her amazing team.
It says a lot that in the twelve years of being a patient, I still see the same happy faces of her staff, regardless of the location, they are a dynamic and powerful team with each bringing positive elements to each visit.
It is by no means happenstance that Dr. Rausch is consistently on the various ""Who's Who in Dentistry"" and ""Orlando's Top Dentists"", as voted by her peers. Dr. Rausch is worthy of every honor bestowed upon her and her practice.

I was in a bad car accident, broke my back in two places as well as many other injuries but my broken teeth are what have bothered me in the long-run. The original dentist i went to did not take the time to make my smile look good at all. I was recently referred to Dr Rausch by my best friend's father. Over the course of only a few visit's she was able to reconstruct my entire smile! I really appreciated the gentleness and patience she used. She really took the time to make it perfect and i am getting compliments still every day! It is so nice to not have to hide my smile or be self conscious when i speak to people in person. Dr Rausch has changed my life in so many ways with the wonderful work she does!

I went to see Dr. Rausch after a referral from a friend. I had extensive work done after an accident as a child and my original dental work needed a lot of updating. So I went to see Dr. Rausch and was amazed at the work she did! She was a perfectionist through and through. Which to me is important when it comes to fixing my teeth. She was very knowledgeable, and personable with a great staff. She helped me out and gave me a dazzling Hollywood smile, just in time for my wedding! I highly recommend Dr. Rausch for any dental work especially bonding!

I was shocked by the way this doctor talks to her patients and to her staff, I cannot believe how rude she is and how aggressive she can be when you try to ask a few simple questions. Her bills are too expensive for the work she does, even though she is good at passing it off as one of the best around. I totally agree with all the negative reviews and strongly DISAGREE with the positive ones, which I doubt They are all real. My suggestion: avoid this doctor at all costs!!!!!! Just not worth it.

I went to Dr. Rausch after reading some positive reviews as she seemed to be one of the best around. Wrong choice! She turned out to be one of the worst doctors I ever seen. I had a few decays to cure and she charged me 300 $ for the first one, then she began charging more and more each time I went back to cure the other ones, 500 $ and 700 $, telling me how her prices were higher than anyone else simply because she was the best. After curing the last two decays she told me I would need two crowns, at 1,400 $ each, as she claimed theirs were the best in the country! During the last treatment, the 700 $ one, she told me she used a substance to reduce sensitivity, just a brush one the surface, and she charged me 60 $ for that. Two other dentists told me there is no such thing to reduce sensitivity and it would cost much, much less anyway. She also charged me 80 $ for 4 pictures that I wanted to take with me. Having also noticed rust on the tray where she kept her tools, when I questioned the last charge, as it was too high compared to the quote she had given me before, she got mad telling me she was a professional and you pay for experience. Her staff seemed to be scared of her!!! A total psycho. I had her work checked by other dentists during the next 12 months and They all told me her work was average, nothing special like she claimed. She is a rip off and she is not worth the money. Her receptionist is just as rude. Worst experience I had at a dentist's office!!!

There are Dentist and then there are Dentist, but there is only one like Dr. Rausch. In dental work it is absolutely necessary to pay attention to details. The more OCD your dentist is, the better the results are. It's a win for both Dentist and Patient. The Dentist gets satisfaction for perfecting the dental challenge and the patient knows that the smallest details were addressed. Why would you want it any other way unless it was for convenience, temporary or discounted. Her team worked through my TMJ issues and never made me feel ""High Maintenance"", as I sometimes can be. The best part is that I can't even tell I had a procedure done. It feels totally natural and comfortable. I would recommend anyone and even those with very small mouths. Also, the office, chair and environment are clean and the staff is efficient and courteous.

I totally agree with the NEGATIVE reviews. Dr. Rausch is an average dentist. She takes forever to do a filling and she is somewhat rude if you have any issue at all. I felt rather ""flu-like"" one day during a filing and had to reschedule. She became over-bearing and said I just needed to get through it. It is because of the money you shell out. They do not take insurance up front. You have to pay her out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Not to mention, Melissa, one of her staff members...is a not professional at all. Watch your husbands if you send him into this office.
