This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Wrong room 4 times. And by wrong I mean not clean, smelled like mildew, key card didn't work. Today they deactivated the key because you have to pay a $5 to stay there everyday. Told me my reservation was for 1 night when I have confirmation email saying 3 nights! Don't ever stay here!
DO NOT STAY HERE! The place is in need of new management and remodeling. They try to trick you with the nice lobby! I do not know who is in charge of the place. They have only one side of the hotel with an elevator the other side is all crazy steps and long walks. The gift shop is never open. The site lists a kids play area and game room. But they do not have a play area just a mini game room. The heated pool is cold and the kiddie pool and hot tub are not in working order. The kids room is small but nice and lacks safety plugs. The regular room had a brown ring under the toilet rim and nasty hair with grease on the blow dryer. The sheets had yellow stains. They only have 1 ice machine and its a large bucket of some sort they fill with ice not automatic. The worst thing was the resturant! The place was empty and lacked any workers but 2 waitresses who ran it all and were totally rude. It took forever to get your orders placed and never was asked how the meal was and never received drink refills. The menu items were never available and I didn't find out until the meal came out without meat. Asking for a substitute the waitress got an attitude and walked off finally she brought me some bloody chicken that was not fully cooked. The rest of the food was very bad worse than hospital food. It was either cold, leftover, hard, or not fully cooked. The best food item was the packaged cereal. The site says the rooms run 100+ but keep looking they only run 39. which it is not worth. The hotel was so bad I left the city to Daytona and stayed at a very nice and expensive resort to fulfill my vacation.

I was astounded by the poor quality and service of this so-called ""resort"". To start the front desk staff was curt, unfriendly and not very helpful. The maid service was surprisingly very bad. My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and frequently came back to find dirty glasses, wet towels on the floor, and stale coffee in the coffeemaker. Our amenities were rarely replenished unless asked for. My bedspread was torn and shoddily sewn back together. The room door had to be slammed to be shut. The decor left much to be desired despite being recently ""remodeled?"" The sink had a residue that never got cleaned out. The restaurant service was rude. Despite arriving 20 minutes before them closing, they made us use take out containers for the breakfast buffet and charged the same amount. I think we'd have been happier in a motel, sadly.
