Had a scheduled repair appointment for today. Was told when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago that the tech would call in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Not only did I receive no call, but when I went out to check the mail at 2:30pm, there was a bill for $40.00 stating I wasn't home at 1:00pm when tech arrived. I WAS HOME! Doorbell works. No music, TV, dishwasher, laundry, or anything to cause me not to hear the doorbell. Company now goes by Florida Energy Water & Air. I wish zero stars were an option!!
We was sold this unit and was told that we had a one year full service maintenance on this unit in the year we had the unit no one call for fallow up then after 3 year they started to call for us to do the maintenance. Then we question why did we was not scheduel for maintenance in that year then told me that we need to call. This is not right we both a system with the asurance that we was doing to be taken care off and what happen here that after they got the money for the unit which by the way was paid in full in less than a year. I want my unit service with having to paid for the service because we are intitle to one service maintenance which we never receibe. or then can come and get the unit and give us our money back. I call the Orlando, FL office today an spoke to a manager that is rule. Customer service for this company are rule people. Want I see that this company after then recive the money then dont care about anything else.
