I was devastated when I lost my beloved 17 year old kitty Tiger. Pine Castle Crematory was recommended to me be another crematory because their power was down and could not accept my cat that day. I was assured that my cat would be well taken care of. I was so glad to have met Terry. He could not have been more caring and compassionate. He could see that I was very upset and was so nice and helpful to me. The cremation was done in a little over an hour privately. Exceptional service. Terry was wonderful, compassionate and caring when my ancient cat passed away today. You can be sure your pet will be given a private cremation with Pine Castle. The price was very reasonable as well, and there is no pressure to buy anything you don't need. He even took a paw print for me. I highly recommend this business. When our beloved Schnickers was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor in her spine and had to suddenly be put down we were absolutely devastated. We didn't know what to do or where to turn. We didn't want to just leave her at the vet or with one of the other services with a low rating. When she was alive we hardly left her out of our sight. She was one of the family. After reading reviews online we knew we couldn't trust her with anyone but Terry. He is not a high pressure salesman and he has a very humble facility. However, he is a man of the utmost integrity with an incredible heart. He provides a service to people who are hurting and don't know where to turn or who to trust. I cannot say enough about Terry. He worked around our schedule, let us wait during the process and leave with Schnickers. Terry helped make our loss a little less painful. Thank you, Terry.

After reading these wonderful reviews about Terry, I decided to give him a call. I lost my little best friend after a long illness. After speaking to Terry, the decision was made. One week ago today, Buddy, my rescue cat of almost twelve wonderful years was cremated at Pine Castle Pet Cremation. The fact that Terry could do the cremation and we could bring him back the same day was very important to us. I can't say enough about Terry and his compassion. What was a very difficult day turned out to be a very peaceful, loving way to say goodbye to my best friend. Terry was very professional. After calling a couple places and getting reviews of another when my Maggie became ill, I spoke with Terry, and knew he would be the one to care for my Maggie when she passed. It was 6pm when I called him after she had just passed away in our home, and he told me he would be there waiting for us. I do not know what I would have done, as she was a large St Bernard. We were treated with compassion and respect, and my Maggie is home with me again. Thank you. My dogs are family, and that is how we were treated.

I couldn't be any more impressed with Terry's kind, compassionate, professional and prompt service than I am. As it was apparent that our beloved toy poodle of 14 years, Zoe, was going to pass away, I decided to contact a few pet cremation services. When I saw the great reviews for Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service, I called. As soon as I spoke with Terry, the choice was clear. Today Zoe passed and Terry was prepared to help my family grieve. Not only did he treat Zoe's remains with dignity and respect, his service was prompt beyond expectation. I took her to Terry around 4:00 pm and she was back with our family by 7:00 in a beautiful urn that will accommodate a favorite picture of her. Terry was even kind enough to save some clippings of her hair for us. This was the first time we've had a pet cremated. Terry helped us immensely through the process and made us feel very comfortable with everything. Thank, you Terry. Our service dog of 17 years passed away at home. When I called Pine castle it was late after 7:00pm To my surprise they answered. I spoke with Terry he was so caring and understanding and had me come in that night. This man was so helpful to our family and helped us through our loss. We very recently lost our beloved bunny, Samwise, quite unexpectedly and were unsure how to best honor his sweet little body. In the past I've always buried pets, but we currently rent the house we are living in and the thought of burying him in a backyard we don't own just turned my stomach. After reading horror story after horror story on other business's review pages I was feeling quite uncertain about cremation. However, as soon as I spoke with Terry on the phone I knew he was the one I wanted to have take care of my little one. First off, he answered his phone on the Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend and addressed all of my questions and concerns so kindly. He told me that I could drop off my pet that day, in person, something that most other places I had spoken with did not encourage. I really didn't like the thought of my bunny going from the hands of the vet to a crematorium without having one last chance to see him and say goodbye. Also, the fact that he could ensure a totally private and dignified cremation helped to put my mind at ease. When we arrived at his work space on that same Sunday morning he greeted us right away and went over the whole process for us again. He was very kind and sensitive to our loss, and even offered to take a "lock of hair" from Samwise for us to keep. He set us up with a nice urn and called us a few hours after we dropped off our bun to let us know that his cremains were ready to be picked up. Overall, it was a very therapeutic process for me. Although my grief is still very near, Terry's services gave me a small sense of peace. If you have recently lost a much loved pet, I would recommend Pine Castle above all others.

My lifetime companion of almost 18 year, Silver, passed away on Easter Sunday. I called Pine Castle and Terry was so nice and understanding over the phone. We went directly from the hospital to see him. He was so caring and compassionate. He allowed my son and I additional time so that we could say our final goodbye. We were able to bring my buddy home that same day. We then went back to place Silver's ashes in the beautiful marble urn we had ordered. I will be forever greatful to Terry for assisting us with a very smooth tradition of Silver to the Rainbow Bridge.

I am so grateful for Terry at Pine Castle Pet Crematory. He assisted our Vet, Dr. Long, and performed same day cremation on our beloved 105lb Rottweiler Johnny on a holiday weekend. Because of Terry's services we received Johnny in a beautiful cherry wood urn along with paw/nose inked prints the same day we said good bye. It's so comforting to have Johnny home with us and know he was respected during the process of his cremation.

On two sad occasions I have dealt with Pine Castle Pet Cremation services. I cannot say enough about Terry and his compassionate professionalism. He helped us when we lost our Shih-Tzus, Ernie and Mozart. Terry conveys an honorable sympathy and always commits to treating your loss as his as well. I will always appreciate this and I highly recommend him for pet cremation services.

All I can say is thank you so much for your compassion during my grieving time. Terry was exceptional from the first phone call ,to him giving me my fur babies ashes. As soon as I pulled up he was right there asking if he could help. Terry cremated my baby boy just a short time after I got to his location. I waited during the process and he checked in on me 3 times to see how I was doing. This is a top rated, affordable, compassionate man who will treat your baby with dignity.
Being that I have other fur babies I will definitely use him again when needed. Thank you again for being so compassionate with me the grieving mother and the way you handled my baby boy max..

I've used Terry twice ... just yesterday, 9/19/16, for my 2nd time for my fur baby, Daisy. One of the biggest reasons I have used him is because he is so accommodating not to mention the most affordable. I didn't get there till after 3PM, which he was perfectly OK with, and the process was started about 3:30. I left with my girl by 6PM. I've only gotten to speak with Terry over the phone ... I actually have never met him. His friend, Mike, has been the one to handle everything & he's a super guy also. I liked his service so much from when I had to use him early last year when I lost my dog, Buster, it is well worth the distance & travel time from where I live 40 miles & 2 counties away. Daisy will be my last pup so my emotions are all over the charts. I'm so glad that I know that it's my dogs' remains that I get back & not some unknown - that brings so much comfort in an already difficult situation. Thanks, Terry ... Thanks, Mike.

���� Losing my beloved bunny was one of most traumatic saddest day of my life thus far ����... Teddy mommy misses you more than ever My Love. R.I.P. 8-11-2016.

On Saturday morning, 8/20/16, our oldest cat passed away in her sleep. It was her time and we knew for a couple days. We kept her comfortable and close in her final days, we said our goodbyes.

We live in an apartment. We didn't want to bury her due to apartment restriction/wanting to keep her near. My wife and I had no experience with cremation. We looked around at different services in Orlando, but reviews and horror stories made the situation worse. Until my wife found Terry.

In the day and age of flashy websites and online services, it was reviews of terry that set my heart at ease to call him. He answered himself and assured it could be done that day. While there, he allowed us the time we needed to grieve.

So I want to add to his good name with my own review. If you're reading this now, chances are you just lost a dear loved one. In this hard time, if you're considering cremation for now or maybe just preparing for the future, please call terry. Kind and a professional.
