The screen on my iphone 5 was broken and other places I went to charged me almost $400 or higher to get it fixed, but this place charged me only $320. It was fixed the next day, how great is that! Definitely will come here again.

My daughter is leaving for college soon and there was a bug with her TV. I took it in, and the man there said he can fix it for $200 or get a new one for $450. It was great that he didn't ignore the possible options available. I ended up paying the repair cost, and it was finished the next day. Overall the costumer service, and I'll definitely comeback for any other repairs needed in the future.

Gave me an estimate of $25 for a turntable repair. One of my channels on the output was acting funky so I took it in. Right away told me it would be $70 even though shortly on the phone before his guess was $25.



Came back in and he said the turntable was fine. Which was great for me. Only he still charged me $25 just to say that it's fine. Wouldn't go back. Very shady.

The only rating here is thumbs down.I called their shop and made an appointment,the charge was $75.00 the appointment was for 5/22 at 2p.m. after 2pm I called the shop they informed me that the tech was running late but on his way,about a 1/2 hour later my husband received another call to inform him that the tech could not find the address and was running late for his 3pm appointment and he would not be coming to our home.My husband called me and informed me of this,to say the least I was very angry and proceeded to call the shop,the woman said that she could not find us w/her GPS,I asked why she hadn't called for directions earlier she replied she only had my husbands number,I proceeded to tell her that he was the one waiting at home and he knew how to get to his own home,and that this was no way to run a bussiness.She said she could give me another appointment for Saturday,which of course I said no to.Today I called Chucks Electronics and I gave him the same info about the TV and he informed me they no longer worked on my model because the repairs run from $500-$600 and I could get a new one at Walmart for about $600.00 By the way chuck is a christian,I knew he'd give me an honest answer, I saved the cost of a visit.How great was that.
