The dealership, now located at 3883 West Colonial Drive, was established in 1929 and formerly resided on Orange Avenue in the heart of town. Orange Buick GMC sells New Buick's, New GMC's and a very large variety of Pre-Owned Vehicles. There isn't a better, family oriented dealership out there! Orange Buick GMC actually listens to what you want and need and they truly do take the time to make it happen. There's no chance of another dealership ever earning my business...they genuinely care about customers leaving happy.

I have been going here for over 10 years. The service department is fantastic. I bring my wife's car and my suv. They only fix what needs to be done. I used to drive all over the state and needed a car that would work. They made sure is was safe for me to go on any trip.

Terrible! Sales reps didn't know what cars were available. Had to make 4 trips to close a deal. Waited 4 hours to see a finance rep. Poor customer service.

Our sales representative Rod was just Incredible. We have purchase more than a dozen new cars over the years from various car dealerships (mostly Mercedes) and the experience with Rod was 2nd to None -- Absolutely Spectacular!!

If there were more people like Rod in the sales industry it would certainly make a worldly difference -- He is truly AWESOME!!

We had a great experience here, no issues. Oscar is an excellent salesman and he took care of us. They have a nice waiting area where kids can play and watch TV, our 6-year old never complained about waiting. My husband called them before we made our decision to lease and they gave him a great deal, so we leased a beautiful SUV and we will definitely go back when we need another car.

Worse customer service i have ever received. They fix my transmission but scratched my car then blamed me when i only had car less than 30days. When taking your car make sure you take pictures all around cause they will blame you

Part of the experience was great while other parts slacked. I wouldn’t recommend going there to buy a vehicle unless you’re the kind of person who really does your homework first. The salesperson didn’t seem very knowledgeable at all. I knew what I wanted before I walked through the door, so luckily I didn’t have to ask many questions about the vehicle itself.

You’ll have to pull at them a bit on price, but that’s to be expected from any dealership. They will work with you though, and by the end, I ended up getting a good deal on my vehicle.

After the sale was finalized, working with Marc, the finance manager, was the highlight of the experience. There’s a gentleman who knows customer service! He alone turned a mediocre experience into a good experience.

Their customer service was incredibly friendly in the service department. I had no problems scheduling services for my SUV. They weren't pushy about adding on services either, just told me that they would be available for any future needs I may have. I will definitely go back when I need to.

When I first walked in I was a little worries because it was so busy and it was a little chaotic . Once I was checked in everything went great . They had free sandwiches, coffee and waters. There were 2 or 3 separate rooms ( one with movie playing and louder and one quite room with no tv where people read . Service was done in time as expected. Will go back :)

I bought my GMC truck in January 2014. I had a great experience with Andre, Steve and Mike from the Sales Department. They were attentive and really knew their trucks. Jake in Service also went above and beyond. I opted to have ResistAll put on my vehicle as it was advertised as the next best thing for bugs and water spots. This product costs $600. After several weeks of driving I noticed it didn't really work so I took it back to Orange Buick GMC and they reapplied it. This also did not work. I went to the dealership to ask for a refund as I was not happy with the product. I spoke to Marc in Finance and he said he would take care of it. After weeks of waiting I finally called them to get an update on my refund and I was quickly shuffled by the receptionist from manager to manager, none of which answered their phone. I finally spoke with Jason Pike the General Manager and he said he would look into for me and give me a call back. I waited all day and no callback. The next day I called again and spoke to Marc who explained to me that the issue was put on the back burner and was not addressed. I am very disappointed in the lack of effort and consideration in Orange Buick GMC. They are completely unorganized and will avoid you if they don't have an answer. This is not a dealership that I would use again especially when even the General Manager cannot and will not return a phone call. It's a ashamed that Andre and Steve worked so hard to build a relationship with me, which Jason and Marc only took a moment to destroy. I am fully satisfied with my truck and will buy another GMC vehicle within the next 6 months but not from this dealership. The treatment I received from this dealership is subpar and there are other dealerships I can go to.




EXTREMELY HORRIBLE !!! Paint flaking off bumber and they said "thats not our problem call your insurace if you have a problem." Worst boy shop i'v ever seen!!! and even worse was customer service!!!

They were very helpful

I am 87 years old and everyone is so very nice to me and helpful. I have a 1997 Buick Lasabre which looks like new and I just love it. I had my side mirror fixed Monday and it didn't cost me anything as I had rewards coming to me. Thanks for everything, Mary Anne J
