when we arrived to business we noticed and L&C sign in front of and electric gate. We enter thru gate and up to building and after not finding office we drove to rear of building and drove in . we were completely ignored by two men inside the building. drove out of building and proceeded back to exit and the gate we came thru was now closed. trapping us inside. we called there office number and were made to feel stupid for not coming to building out front. Building out front has a large sign on it for steadman steel and nothing about l&c office. never experienced such poor customer service made me feel like i was doing them a favor.

Terrible customer service. The guy there on Saturday had absolutely no people skills...very rude over the phone. When I got there he was even worse, he told me that “I had to pay him in cash and that I probably wouldn’t like his prices since everybody there makes up there own prices”. I would NOT do business with them again and would encourage anyone else to stay away from them.
