Hi, I am currently in Orlando at the end of our 2 week holiday. It has been a nightmare due to hotelbeds. I have bought my 11 year old and 2 year old to florid any to celebrate my 11 year olds completion of junior school. Our stay has been totally ruined by the awful customer services offered by hotel for beds and their partners English Rose Management.

Our villa was filthy with bugs dead on the floor and blood splattered up the skirting boards, dust everywhere and don't dare look behind the blinds. The tv had no picture and constantly broke up, the microwave was Brooke's, the cooker stank when you cooked on it, the cooker trays were gross, the outside area was covered in grime and the garage door was broken. The blinds were broken and the air conditioning stayed at a very warm 89 degrees when you put it on requested temp. There was no DVD player. This was supposed to be a superior villa but was disgusting. The pool light did not work and the switches were missing off the lights.

We arrived on the Thursday night and called the management company on the Friday. We spoke to them once and they were then unavailable. We then called hotel beds who said someone would be out the following morning. No one came. When we phoned to check they accused me of living and said the management company did not work weekends. When I asked who would be coming in to the villa with our valuables I was told "I am not going to talk to you about this all day, someone will be there tomorrow". I was incensed so I phoned BA who did their best to sort it out. The cleaners came on the Monday as did the management company. The villa had been hoovered and nothing else. The filthy toaster had been shoved behind the other appliances but was still just as dirty, the bugs had been hoovered up but the blood trails up the skirting boards ignored, spiders webs in cupboards were all still there. The digital box had been taken with no explanation of why or where to. I called BA again who were very good but could do nothing. The following morning we had a call to say the microwave would not be fixed and they were trying to fix the digi box. When we asked about the cleaning they said they cleaned behind the blinds and above eye level once a month!!! Gross! The following morning we had a call from someone who said they were from BA when they obviously were not but would not tell me who they were. They told BA that we were now happy and just wanted to get on with our holiday, all lies! BA the refunded us for a week so we could find our own accommodation. A lot of hassle with no broad band!! A very late night in mcDonalds ensued. We left on the Friday morning.

We had a couple of days if no stress and then realised on our last but one day that we had left our keys from England in the villa, oh no! We called the management company and they agreed for my partner to check the villa. When he arrived the management company were at the villa and accused my partner of breaking a blind. We had left it up as we could not get it down but when they showed my partner it had been yanked down and twisted and they had taken photos. They were accusatory.I phoned BA again as they wanted to charge my credit card account.

I have never written a review but these people are crooks through and through! Check that these people are not handling your villa before you book. It ruined what should have Been a holiday of a life time and caused me to feel ill whilst away. They do not caveat all what you have to say and do nothing to resolve any issues. The villa was by no means superior and the service the worst I have known in the world. God knows how much I have spent on international phone calls in order to try and sort it.
