I receive calls from them ALL the time. I am not a customer. The weird thing is that, though caller-ID says "Greenberg Dental" it's always some non-sense about credit cards (I don't even have one). When I try to speak to a representative by selecting that option, the man who is speaking to me ALWAYS hangs up on my while I am politely asking him to not call me anymore, and take my number off of their list. I have called the '1-800' customer service number, for a DENTAL place, and all you get with that is BS about buying car insurance. If I get one more call, I am suing them. I am serious like a heart attack about this. Greenberg Dental is either a scam, or someone has hijacked their number to use in scams. The lawyer I spoke with says it is a slam-dunk case. I urge everyone else to sue them too.
They put 4 crowns in my husbands mouth and within a couple weeks they fell off. He had to have them put in again and two of them came off again and two cracked. It took 8 months for them to set up for him to go to one of their specialist to have the teeth evaluated. Meanwhile my husband walked around with nothing over two of his teeth. He has been dealing with this for a year now. I was seen by a specialist at another practice a couple of months ago and had work done under my PPO plan. The dentist stated I had a cavity under my bridge. I went to Greenberg to see Dr Edwards for a second opinion and let him look at the xrays given to me by the specialist. He said there was nothing wrong and made no recommendation. A month later I called Greenberg to let them know I started getting dull tooth pain off and I needed to have it addressed. The specialist does not take my secondary insurance so I need Greenberg to do the work so it will be covered. When I explained the insurance situation to the ladies, including Liz the office manager, and informed them I am having pain now they immediately started giving me the run around. They kept telling me Dr Edwards made no recommendations a month ago and to go back to the other dentist. I tried to explain over and over to three different people for two days that I couldn't get the work done by the other dentist because they did not accept my insurance. I explained also I wasn't having pain then but I am now. They just kept telling me to go to the other dentist. I am not understanding why what I was needing and explaining was so complicated. They were very unhelpful, disrespectful and rude. I truly believe the issue was the dentist was offended that I went to another practice so now he doesn't want to do the work. The ladies had me so stressed that I just told them to copy my records and I would pick them up and take my business elsewhere. So if you want bad dental work and poor customer service you have picked the right place.
DO NOT go to this office, or any Greenburg office. They do not answer calls, their answering service is rude, and has refused to take messages, and they have lied to me multiple times on how much I owe. I was given a bill for recent services rendered, and I paid in full. Months later I an now receiving ANOTHER bill, saying I have to pay more, after being assured I would not. Because I asked. Do not trust your teeth or your money to these people, as they do shoddy work and charge a fortune. Even with insurance. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
I have been 10 years as a patient at this office. Recently is getting harder and harder to make an appointment by phone. If you left message they won't call you back. You need to try and try many time until you reach the office front desk. I like my Dentist at this office. But just waste my time just to make an appointment. Front desk staff are rude to customer.
Typical wait times in this place are 1-2 hours even if you have an appointment. This is the orthodontist. If I hadn't prepaid for my daughters dental work I would have changed. Also good luck calling this place because they never answer their phones. And they take at least two weeks to call you back if you leave a message. So if you break a bracket you are better off waiting until your next appointment to fix it. And then they lecture you for waiting... Um maybe if you answered your phones so I could tell you she broke it then it could have been fixed sooner. I think they way overbook too many people. Oh and get some new movies too the same three have been playing for two years now!
The level of frustration I've experienced with Greenburg Dental is unreal. I can't fathom the poor treatment that I've continuosly received at 3 different offices. Time to switch!
When I finally obtained insurance through my employer, Greenburg Dental seemed a good choice due to the number of offices….somehow that was an assurance when I had nothing else to go on. Now, all of my fellow employees mock me and refer to Greenburg Dental as the Wal-Mart of shopping plazas and the Carnival of cruise lines. I understand all too well why Greenburg has the reputation that it does. Even though I had heard things and probably could have changed early on, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were assigned to my insurance policy. My experience has been nothing less than traumatic. I see that some reviewers had positive experiences, and I’m wondering if they visited a different office. How could there be such a divergence? Maybe it is because I’m a minority…I see very few people of color visiting there and I go monthly for ortho. There is always a wait and the regular office staff are never very accommodating.
Dr. Stewart has been a pleasure to work with, and now he will be leaving…go figure. The rest of the office staff has not provided the same level of professionalism, kindness, and concern as he has. Rude and apathetic, yet control freaks is how I would describe them. On my latest appointment, there seemed to be 15 office personnel standing around and having a good time chatting it up, but each time I asked a question, they got very busy. I had to wait an over an hour for my daughter to see the dentist. This was my second trip to the general dentist, as last time he was too busy…I waited an hour then, too. My mom came down from Ga to bring my daughter in because I’m a single parent and can’t continue to take off work because the office can’t get their act together. They refused to see her even though I had a notarized letter and appeared in person to give authorization a week ago. I came to the appointment anyway and still had to wait over an hour because I was told I have to be there for the entire visit…which was a 30 second consult to inform me that the dentist couldn’t do anything and I’d need to be referred. You’ve got to be kidding me! I was livid. How did that make any sense? They seemed to derive pleasure from making me wait over an hour only to refuse service to my family. I’m only trying to do the right thing for my daughter. I’ve never had problems of this magnitude. This level of complication should not be experienced anywhere…but especially in a company such as this.

Please do not go to any of their offices. They do not treat their patients like humans but like used auto cars which they consider need more repair than needed. We pay them premium amount for their work and instead of fixing the problem we go in for, they damage something else on purpose so we continue to go back to them. Even if your gutt tells you that you do not need additional work, they recommend you like you need new tires when you only went in for an oil change, go for teeth cleaning and they tell you you need a root canal or something else. This is just a gimmic to make extra money...I paid a huge amount to get a crown on my tooth that had a filling, they recommended I should get a crown, I did, year later crown chipped, went back in, damage a nerve and Dr. drilled out the old crown and in that process she drilled out what she should not have. Now they dont give a damn what happens to me...customer service has not returned my phone call in 3 weeks!! Just avoid this practice...there are too many other who would give you a better service for your money.

All these reviews are true. You will wait for hours, receive terrible service and pay high fees. I had a root canal and a crown. The roof canal is still infected after four months and the crown does not fit. Their solution was to clean my teeth. The dental hygienist thinks she is drilling concrete. They book up ten people an hour. The dentists and other ""specialists"" rotate around. All offices are the same. Run away as fast you you can. One star is too high.

Kissimmee location. Great dentist worst office staff I ever dealt with in my life. Major surgery. Estimated time of partials to be delivered 7 to 10 days. 5 weeks later recieved a call parts are in schedule your appt. The first opening is 2 months out! EXPLOSION. After 5 calls got in the next week. In for follow up one month later. Needed partials adjusted. Thats another doctor see the front desk.NOPE not today! First appt. 3 weeks out! For an adjustment! Place is always packed with paitence. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY$$$$ JUST LIKE THE REST OF THIS COUNTRY TODAY!

They dont even deserve the 1 star .... EMERGENCY took 10 days ... when the situation had gotten soo bad and i called for super emergency they said [ we will calll back within 30 mnts ] and they never called back , when i called again they said they are not allowed to page the dentist more than once , so what ever you're in pain screw you , just let the dentist in a good mood and dont bother him with your emergency . till i gave them a headache calling between 5.30 till 9.30 pm they said our offices closed now , you should go to the ER ... that was the beginning no need to describe LIAR employees , Rude , bad timing , Even the Costs you feel its up to the Dentists and the Orthodontists .. what ever you insurance or your benefits .. they make it up to what they like ... LUCKY ME i canceled everything before they even work with me and i went for another Dentist .. PEOPLE NEVER EVER TRY GREENBERG

I wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't publish this wihtout rating them - Altamonte Springs Office: Terrible Experience!! Please Do Not Waste Your Time!!! I took an entire day off of work to correct a bad procedure from the Sanford Greenburg Office. I drove an hour and a half from my home and the dentist didn't even show up for my appointment! Hey - You don't scan groceries at Publix, You're not working at the Circle K, You're a highly paid professional (supposedly), if you can't make it, you give at least 24 hours notice- What an incredible waste of time and money (yes, my time is valuable as well). What is wrong with Greenburg? They are dental cancer - STAY AWAY... What a nightmare!

unfortunaly i have to keep going to this people, i am wearing braces, and this people are rude, i used to go to the kirkman office and the front desk ladies were horrible, the dental assistants bad, take a while to help you and they are super expensive. i still paying for those braces and i am suppoust to be done while ago and i still paying this people.. dont go to that office... or any greenberg.

Not only do they barely answer their phone in the first place, but if you actually do get someone to answer your call for an appointment, which would mean BUSINESS for them, they'll simply forward you to a voicemail that is too full and not accepting new voicemails. Oh, if the voicemail isn't full, you can leave a message, but don't expect a call. What crappy service, fire the entire staff, please. There's too many people looking for work to continue to employ WORTHLESS PEOPLE.

Horrible doctor Parrish in Daytona Beach! Sure, 30 bucks for xray and exam, not even worth that! Dr Parrish couldn't give you the time of day! Immediately recommended route canal, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY XRAY OR MY TEETH! Never came in the room! To top it off, referred me out to another doctor outside his office to do route canal! When I asked that he at least come in to talk to me, he came in for 2 seconds, still never looked at me or my xrays, very rude and just walked out! What a complete jerk! I would never trust him to touch my mouth!! stay far away!!!
HORRIBLE, I hate this place. All the office staff is rude, extremely rude, you ask a simple question and they roll their eyes and tell you they can't help you. The doctors don't know anything (I had to keep going back like 4 times because they missed the cavity). Trust me I am the nice and understanding but they are beyond rude, words can't describe what they are. Honestly my advice is don't put your teeth or your time in their hands. Even if you get there 30 mins early, you wait like 2 hours. I'm old fashion in that you should treat your customers/patients with respect and the utmost care but you won't get it here.
My husband had an appointment in the morning at about 10 a.m., so he took the day off of work. When I got home from work that day, I called him to find out where he was. He had finally just gotten in to see the dentist (at about 3:30 p.m.).
To give you a sense of how badly I think of this dentist - when my son had a tooth injury, I refused to take him to Greenburg. I disregarded the fact that we pay dental insurance and took him to a "real" dentist!
At my workplace health fare, I told the woman at the dental insurance booth how bad Greenburg was. While talking to her about the vile "service" three other people approached and asked, "Are you talking about Greenberg?" Get the picture?

2 yrs ago i had a crown put on by michael ward the crown was huge it didnt fit and b4 i left the office I educated him of how huge and uncomfortable the crown was dr ward response was that i would grow into it asthe yrs went by the crown started to push itself up until it was pretruding out of my mouth I visited another dentist because the appeareance was horrible come to find out my gum was badly infected so i need immediate surgery because the crown he had put in had fractured and pierced the inside of my gums because the crown was to big for my mouth I came bck to his office 2 yrs later and showed him the results and all he did was offer me $300 meanwhile the damaged he cause costed over 5 grand I contacted the main office the refused to help me and said i was out of warranty and they werent responsible for anything!!!

My little girl went there to get a root canal and the doctors and staff were very rude . After getting treated for the root canel fund out 6 months later it was infected bad and I had to go to a specalist for 800.00 to fix the first one that they didnt get the root out every time we went the doctors were not very kind to her at Green burg

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS GREENBERG DENTAL -- HORRIBLE, I went for a crown (which still hurts) in July 2008, also had a partial done. The atmosphere was terrible, the employees rude and arrogant, the dentist was pretending to be nice. I was told to come back in 3 weeks for my crown, and 4 weeks for partial. The crown is a joke, the partial, when I had the impression taken the guy did not even scrape off the residue from the impression, I had to go home and clean my own teeth. After waiting longer than told for the deliverly of the partial, It did not fit, so the assistant FILED down the partial and my OWN teeth to try to fit it. Well, after wearing it a week as I was told to do, I went back, they tried to apply ta emporary solution of gooey stuff to fit it, well, the next day I went back, my mouth was sore, and the temporary stuff came off. They told me the lab would fix the partial, by rebuilding it, so I left it and came back the following day, the partial STILL DID NOT FIT, my mouth was rubbed raw, I returned and they finally said they would have to make a NEW one! What a joke, I will NEVER return to Greenberg again after all this. I am sure when I do pick up my partial this thursday it will NOT fit because they are not qualified to be called dentists and assistants.. I cannot believe the state of Florida lets these types of places get away with this. They take adavantage of people and charge them too much for POOR quality.

The people at the Winter Garden office are rude. I waited an hour. I ask the receptionist that I been there for an hour, Was told she would come right back to let me know what happened,. Then, left me sitting there and never came back. I walked out of the office. People have a bad attitude there. They seems to think they pay our salary not that we pay theirs. They should not be in business. Don't take my word for it just go there and see for your self.
